The Dark Side of the Moon

I quite like this one.
However, the red blade is a bit sharp, as is the fingers pointed out. The solid yellow is a bit bleh to me, but not too much of a biggy.
There could've been better ways to incorporate the lighting.
The coloring is a bit too strong on this tag IMO.
But this is pretty nice.

Yeah, didn't notice how sharp the Lightsaber was until now, I might soften the render up. Incorporating lighting is still something I struggle with, I really need to learn more interesting ways of lighting my tags.

The colouring is definitely strong, but that's the look I wanted. Having said that, toning it down a little wouldn't hurt. Thanks for the CnC, always appreciated, Jeff Neph.

Yeah, no.
And why not try using actual stocks from like buildings or otherwise? The natural lighting there can be played with, different layer blending options, the burn and the other one I forgot the name of (dodge?). etcetera etcetera.

I may try that. I've only used stocks on a very basic level, and usually try to force the lighting onto my renders; using natural lighting sounds like a better idea. And yeah, it's dodge. Thanks for the tip!

Ease up on your gradient maps. I really can't say much because the gmaps are really heavy. Probably your biggest issue right now.

But they make your tag x10 more betterer! Seriously though, here's a less heavy version. Better, or worse?

You mean without the Gmapping? That's what I felt too, which is why I made them as heavy as I did. What are your thoughts on the original?

I like the compo'....
The left side is perhaps a little too empty, especially not clear enough (at least for the red lights) ... in the right of the render, I think it's too neat .... should also be a small source of light just above the left side of the head of the render ...
It is still another level than the last sig' you've done ....
Perhaps you should also accent the "rupture" caused by the bar that separates the sig' in two parts (with one dark side and a light side?)
