Okay so the two cards I picked were, Cyber End Dragon and DNA Surgery.

While this card is face up on the field all Machine type Monsters names are treated as "Cyber Dragon". You cannot Special Summon the same turn you Normal Summon. Once per turn you can send, from either side of the field to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a LIGHT Machine type Fusion Monster Card, then Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)

Okay so, this card combos by using DNA Surgery to make all face up monsters on either side of the field machines, in turn making all their names "Cyber Dragon". Now using the other effect of this card you can fusion summon from either side of the field (using your opponents monsters) to bring out Cyber End Dragon easily. The way I balanced it, is you can only fusion summon with the card once per turn and it can only be a LIGHT fusion type monster, meaning the Chimeratechs can't be fusioned this way. Also you can't special summon the same turn you normal summon. This card acts pretty much like a specialized "Super Polymerization"

EDIT: I Italicized and underlined the effect, for less confusion.

Activate this card if your opponent destroys one face-up "Stardust Dragon" on your side of the field and is sent to the graveyard. Remove from play the destroyed "Stardust Dragon" and one "Majestic Dragon" from your deck, hand, or graveyard to summon one "Majestic Star Dragon" from your extra deck. This monster cannot activate its effect or attack until the end of your next turn.

Acvtivate this card when your opponent destroyes one face-up "Stardust Dragon" you control, and sends it to the Graveyard. Banish the destroyed "Stardust Dragon" and one "Majestic Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard to Special Summon one "Majestic Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck. It cannot attack or activate its effects until your next Standby Phase.

Overal the Card Grammar wasn't horrible, it just lacked a few basic things. 15/20

The combo works well, Banishing Majestic Dragon and Stardust dragon to Summon Majestic Star Dragon. It also saves you from needing to use another Tuner. However, this card is reliant on your opponent destroying your monster, which is kind of awkward card design. I feel there are easier ways to summon Majestic Star Dragon, without waiting on your opponent to do it for you. However it would work just the same. 20/30

This is really balanced, requiring your opponent to destroy Stardust Dragon balances it. I see no issues. 50/50

When a "Power Tool Dragon" or an "Ancient Fairy Dragon" you control is destroyed by battle, you can flip a coin. Apply one of these effects according to the result of the coin flip.
-Heads: Special Summon 1 "Ancient Fairy Dragon" or "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard. Its effect(s) are negated.
-Tails: Banish 1 "Ancient Fairy Dragon" or "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard.

When a "Power Tool Dragon" or an "Ancient Fairy Dragon" you control is destroyed by battle, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, Special Summon 1 "Ancient Fairy Dragon" or "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard. Its effects are negated. If you call it wrong, Banish 1 "Ancient Fairy Dragon" or "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard.

Well... You butchered the card grammar. 8/20

This isn't really a combo. It's more of just a revival of either card. However it would work as a card. 15/30

The drawback from the coin toss would balance it, but this card is really situational. Cards that require a monster you control to be destroyed first is really awkward design. I honestly think that it would have been better either negating destruction, or not. 40/50

All face-up Machine-type monsters on the field have their names treated as "Cyber Dragon". You cannot Special Summon a monster during the turn you Normal Summoned. Once per turn you can send, from either side of the field to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a LIGHT Machine type Fusion Monster Card, then Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck. Not too bad. 17/20 card grammar

When comboing with DNA Surgery, this card is deadly. I like it! 30/30

This card lacks majorly in balance. Being able to change your opponents monsters, and use them as materials is quite over powered. 20/50
