I guess the main site is derping or having trouble keeping all the characters in a rectangle or something. ALTERNATELY, because her into image and Robin's are the same. From the motion and sound I think it's his Eruption, which means the screenshot from an earlier daily update that showed Eruption wasn't finalized. I'm glad they did this for aesthetic and lore purposes. And yeah, Chrom ain't got nothing on Ike (and their style isn't really similar, either, Ike played similarly to the Mercenary/Hero classes). Agro Posted July 14, 2014 Report Share Posted July 14, 2014 So seeing as 5 characters is basically the limit for any single franchise, let's see what we got: Mario: 5 Pokemon: 4 Fire Emblem: 4 Zelda: 4 Kid Icarus: 2 Metroid: 2 Donkey Kong: 2 Kirby: 2 Sonic: 1 Star Fox: 1 Pikman: 1 Mega Man: 1 Animal Crossing: 1 Wii Fit: 1 Mii Maker?: 1 F-ZERO: 1 Yoshi: 1 Pac-Man: 1 Zelda and Pokémon are still the only two games I can see getting to 5 at this point. I can't imagine they wouldn't put Ghirahim in, but I also can't see them cutting Ganondorf. Mario must have someone else they can put in to not be outnumbered, not that it needs it. Zant was also much. much less popular, due to how badly they handled the last part of TP. Ghirahim is the fan favorite antag easily, possibly moreso than even side characters like Groose in popularity. And very few people like Dorf. And I mean in terms of LoZ, not SSB. Just stating the likely truth. Their popularity is at least comparable. I mean, I haven't seen a playable Groose reveal for Hyrule Warriors, but I've sure seen a villain Ghirahim reveal. And they're going after hype a bit there, too.
