Nicο
Looking at Pac-Man. Honestly he seems to fill the "weird and unique fighting style" roll better than G&W which makes me wonder why they're both in...... Can't really tell, but I actually think I'd be really cool to have more than 1 character that predates Mario. Of course, I can't actually tell for sure and cannot be bothered to check, but the way they really went so far as to show it right in that trailer, real neat. Lord Metallium
with acman we are looking officially at 4 COMPANIES IN A SINGLE GAME! with pacman in smash now everything is possible so don't be suprised if you see Sora from KH in smash! Shradow
That's dumb, shut up. Pac-Man was actually a possibility, unlike Sora.
Flame Dragon
In watching the Pac-Man trailer I'm more on board with him being in. He seems cool. Looking at Pac-Man. Honestly he seems to fill the "weird and unique fighting style" roll better than G&W which makes me wonder why they're both in...... I really do agree with this. Though I feel like he is taking R.O.B.'s retro slot. Overanalyzing stuff again. We now have 33 characters confirmed (34 if you include Game & Watch), with 9 new fighters. I'm thinking we have room for 3-4 more new characters for the game. Returning veterans (highly likely) are Captain Falcon, Wario, Ganondorf, Meta Knight (because Sakurai loves his characters and there's 12 people now who can balance him out) and Ness. I want to say Falco and maybe Wolf are safe too since Nintendo's planning to make Star Fox relevant again with the Wii U game in development. Snake is out, now that Pac-Man's confirmed. But again, feel free to prove me wrong, Nintendo. Lucas and ROB I want to say are out, maaaybe same with Ice Climbers and Jigglypuff, but maybe not. 34 + 4 = 38 + 2 = 40 with 3-4 new characters makes 43-44 with room for either more returning characters and/or newcomers. Newcomers I'm betting on (with wishful thinking) are Sceptile, Chrom, Shulk and...King K. Rool? Idk. I love when I see someone who thinks EXACTLY like I do. Like, everything you said I have said on the last two pages. Though Chrom and Shulk are 99% in since the other characters with the leak have made it. Other comments include the Rhythem Heaven dudes being in that bunch so with the leak we go to 37. Now, repeating what I've said in the past, of the remaining Brawl characters I want Jig and Climbers out and see Lucas, Wolf, and R.O.B. being cut as well. Snake, I feel, never had a shot at being in 4. The other 6 I think are in. This is 43 characters. That honestly could be the whole cast, but I REALLY want to see Sceptile and K.Rool make it. 45 is a TAD large, but it can happen.
Agro
I just hate G&W for his final smash in Brawl. Sora is dumb since no main numbered KH game has been on, or will be on a Nintendo console. I don't like 3D pacman's design. It's creepy, so I'm not that happy he's in, but whatever. Hoping for Shulk, not hoping for Chrom. Chorus Men sounds funny. J-Max
So I haven't really seen much E3 but we we have that Goddess from Kid Icarus and now Pac Man? I'm very hyped with every reveal.
Nicο
I don't even like any final smash either, though. To agree with pages back. Some are annoying, some seem too good, some are very underwhelming, it's just not staying on for me, so I won't let that influence me.

Not sure if annoyed I inadvertently repeated everything you said or agreeing contently. If the former, that's my bad, I tend to internalize everything on my mind about the game I get from online stuff while I post and I guess the stuff you said was at the forefront. I think 45 is doable. With a couple cuts and a bunch of newbies, it'll even out around the same amount past games have added to the roster. No, I actually enjoyed seeing someone who has the same train of thought as me. It shows me I'm not that crazy. :) Oh, something else I saw in the tourney that I don't think most will appreciate: Bowser's running speed. So sexy. Not immensely, but I still used him quite a bit and being faster than that is the kind of thing that'll probably make me use him a little more, at least. Shradow
Bowser's speed in Mario games is always variable, much like his size. But I've played Bowser for ages, he really isn't faster than you think in terms of Smash Bros., at least to me. I just want to play him in a Smash Bros. game where he's not terrible, which is hopefully this one.

We're probably a little crazy, but I say that just because I've been obsessing over this game the entire day. Bowser was always a heavy character I tried using, but sucked because I suck with heavies. So I'm hoping the changes will make him more usable (for me). Custom movesets will probably help out with that too. It'll be interesting to see stuff like Speedy Ganon or Strengthened Captain Falcon.
Shradow
When it comes to heavies they're my forte. My main three in Brawl are Ike, Ganondorf, and Bowser, which is why Ike returning pleases me. I can keep that going, since Ganondorf's inclusion is a no brainer, and they'll all hopefully be balanced to be better. I still have no idea how my Ganondorf is so good even though my Bowser can't seem to catch a break. Like, I play Ganondorf competitively at tournaments. They're both awful but I guess Bowser's awful doesn't work with me like Ganondorf's does.
Thar
Bowser I'd say is in my top 3, along with G&W and Mewtwo (despite Mewtwo's lack of appearance.) Pac-man might take the spot for my top 3 in this game.
