One of my friends was really good with Yoshi. I had a brief stint where I was decent with him too, but I feel like once you're out of practice with him, you're really out of practice with him. So I wouldn't mind him getting tweaked.

If we don't get a Yoshi Yarn stage, then Kirby should give us one. I feel like that'd become a favorite.

Olimar coming back or no? I would assume so....I need someone to constantly beat up.

Also, if you constantly beat up Olimar, you've been playing some s*** players, since Olimar is an amazing character.

No he's just so ugly I enjoy beating him up. I've seen some decent plays with him, but amazing? Hardly, IMO. Then again, I never managed to play online with "good people" and only played with family and watched people at school. Yeah....

And how does beating up an amazing character=my character being crap? Sonic pwns all *shot*

I play well with Olimar. And that's cuz, he's actually a great character if you know how to use him. In fact, there are only two characters that I could say I play MAYBE better than Marth, and that's Toon Link and Olimar xD

His attacks are less predictable than others, and his firing rate for Pikmin is FAST. He also has some range to his charge attacks, and he can juggle with a multi-hit aerial up-attack. Also he has an aerial downward smash. Basically, ideal for chasing opponents in the air (his B-up supports that)

Now where did I say that, hm?

My bad, I kinda thought it was implied. Or maybe that was something else. Double meanings often confuse me. XD
Not saying he's a bad character really, but to each their own.

That's how it tends to go for a lot of us. We use characters [X], [Y], and [Z], either because we are apparently good at them, or we just like them.

Speaking of which-

Villager.

I don't care if Villager will suck or not, I'm maining him no matter what.

Then doesn't that just mean most characters are good in general, its just that people who suck with them say they're not good?

Cept pichu

He's a failure.

And he should feel bad

BUT MY GOD THE CUTENESS

And I will definitely be trying out Megaman and Villager....and I guess Wii Fit Trainer....

Also, is anyone else hopin for Mario to be...idk.....RID OF STUPID FLUDD?

Olimar is honestly one of the strongest characters in the game with a multitude of purple Pikmin near Meat Knight, Ice Climbers and ZSS with her items. All S+ tier, but the thing is that two of those are only temporary. Meat Knight is god and Ice Climbers, who are stupid, broken, worthless and ridiculous win by grabbing you three times no matter who you are and no matter how much damage you have taken.

While I never play Mario, I like the idea of him having FLUDD. It wasn't the most useful thing in SSBB (maybe they'll make it better now), but I thought it was a fitting Mario thing and cool for the aesthetics of the character.

Errrrr

Considering EVERYONE I've talked to says they didn't like Fludd.....

eh

But if they make it better, that'd be cool

If he could use differnt fludd forms that'd be GREAT actually

Like the rocket one, the boost one, hover one, etc.

The original one is kinda...meh =P

It'd be a bit wonky to switch modes unless Fludd was a part of his fighting style, and that ain't happening.
But if they could figure that out, then I'd love for that to be added in.

I don't know squat about Palutena, but upping females up to 6 would be cool.

I'm thinking that FLUDD could actually be used for recovery pretty well. Maybe it could be like ROB's where he has a water supply that slowly refills. The main difference is that instead of simply propelling Mario upward, anywhere the water hits would apply a small spike. Not enough to kill in most cases, but enough to be considered disruption.
