Ganon's Side+B

yep. that thing has wrecked my face more times than I dare to count while I was getting used to fighting him. Captain Falcons Side+B has nothing on it.

on another note, it is oh so satisfying to switch from falcon/robin into jigglypuff and beat the faces of unsuspecting opponents. although my greatest fear is trying that and accidentally running into a ganondorf player one day. he might be slow, but just about all of his smash and special hits 3HKO jiggly of a clean shot...

Jiggs can space all she wants, but one fsmash and she's dead at like 40%

it's disgusting

jiggly might need to abuse spacing, but she can usually take hits well into 90-100% safely so long as you avoid consecutive smashes to the face past 60%. thanks to her absurd recovery ability. and since most hits to jiggly will send her upwards, she rarely needs to worry about getting back to the stage as long as the hit sending her off isn't a charged smash(and if you play jigs, your absolute 1st priority should be learning to notice and avoid each characters smash/specials).

sadly, rollout is still pretty bad though.

Look, for the most part it's either Ganondorf, or Ike or Bowser. You gotta pick one, and they all hurt.

Fun Fact: In every aspect of the stats I collected for the rankings, Ike was consistently the worst character included. The percentage of Ike's reaching the top 16, 8, 4, or 1 were all either the lowest or within 3 characters of being the lowest. And Ike is also one of the characters with 50+ uses in tournaments, making it even worse.

Would definitely suggest Dorf (10th) or Bowser (28th) instead of Ike (44th out of 44 characters)

The largest problem with Ike is that, even though his attacks are super strong, you can read ALL of them like someone stapled an instruction manual to your face, just from how slow they all are. However, it does get interesting with a couple of faster mix-ups which can make him an interesting pocket pick, at best (see: DTilt, Aerials, DSmash. UTilt is pretty speedy too)

...I'm beginning to think that I'm too stubborn. I adamantly refuse to pick any high-tier picks, except ZSS. However, I think it might be hurting my overall performance.

I should use someone other than Samus. Any higher-tier suggestions for a Samus player? (No Villager, though)

maybe try robin, he plays differently than samus, but overall he's a pretty fun character to use. sadly I haven't seen many robin players online.

What's wrong with Villager? o3o

Also you should give Sheik a try, she's pretty fun to use, cuz you don't feel restricted in the slightest.

Another top-tier, to complement Samus, might be Yoshi. Dude's fun.

I don't really like fighting Robins. They're not so much a problem as they are annoying, the second they're in a bad position they just try to cheese me with spells. And sometimes I slip up and it works, given enough times.

that's his job though. use arcfire to distance, get thunder charged to either elthunder or arcthunder, and save it for when you're in a tight spot. he's at his best when you can catch people with either the Levin sword or elthunder off of the arcfire.

come to think of it, he fights like a ness with more options.

Yeah but if you know how to use the Jiggs correctly, you can easily be a dominate player. I had someone who managed to use Jigglypuff pretty well and he actually killed everyone but me- as I eventually used Captain Fabulous to eradicate the pink fluff ball.

Yoshi has always been fun. Even when he was a horrible fighting character, he was still fun to play as.

Speaking of playing . . . when are we ever going to have our match DL!? You can't hide forever!!!

So I was lurking Google and-
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you...
