Dude puts EVERYTHING he has into Smash and he isn't happy unless the next game builds on top of what the other one did. However, because he keeps building it higher and higher he needs to keep putting more and more in. We already know that he doesn't have any plans to make another game, because he doesn't see how he can build from Smash 4. At the same time though, smash is way to popular a franchise to just end and I doubt he'd want to give up control of it. To say Sakurai it putting this into the game is reading WAY to much into things, but I don't think his read on how Sakurai feels to too far off. I think Sakurai is fine with branching out into other franchises. He just doesn't like doing sequels since he wants to put everything possible into the first one. I know Nintendo owns the rights to Smash. It is still Sakurai's child and giving up control of it to another person is likely going to be pretty hard for him to do. Though, with Namco being involved with Smash 4, I wonder if they would continue to work on the franchise should/when the next game comes out. Even if I don't always agree with what he says, it's fun to ponder his logic and consider the what-ifs. They are just theories after all. As for that video, I don't think he's that far off. Going off from what Sakurai has said online and in interviews I've come across, GT at the very least nailed his mindset regarding Smash Bros. Whether he went so far as implanting those experiences in the game...harder to say, but interesting to think about. It just seems a bit unwarranted, considering the series isn't offensive in any way. But hey, I guess there's different tastes. Though, I have tried playing as him, I just can't get the feel for him. I know the one thing that keeps tripping me up is his F-Air is SO slow and his neutral-air is pretty weak. I love Charizard, not even because its Charizard, but I've seen people saying he isn't that good. I do get why, a lot of characters have range to them and Charizard is horrible at that, but he just matches my play style. Honestly, keep away characters aren't my thing which is why Megaman and Robin don't mess well with me. You have no fornicating idea... Chugga probably covered that already, though. He is only leaving the factory so we've only had hints about the "true monado". Honestly, its just tilting that they have such a blatant seven spoiler since that is kind of a BIG deal.
