DL
Mega Man. Cannot get the hang of him for the life of me, which is a shame, because I was stoked with him getting in. Jigglypuff's also annoying for me to use. And then Ness, though that's mainly because I suck at recovering with him. I felt the same. But he isnt that hard to use at all, with some practice. Flame Dragon
I felt the same. But he isnt that hard to use at all, with some practice. My friend mains Megaman and is solid at playing him. The trick is getting use to not having a jab combo or n-air and knowing how to use the projectile to keep people off you.
Toffee.
Megaman, IMO, is more fun with custom moves. I mean, Hyper Bombs tho.... Such a fun move.
Armoire
My mains are Shulk, Link, Ike, and Pikachu. I hate using Villager because I can never understand his combos or anything of the sort. Jigglypuff too. I also dislike using Charizard and Lucario because Charizard feels really slow and vulnerable. Lucario is okay, but he just seems a little boring to use; I only ever enjoy him at 80%+ when his Aura is freakishly strong. On a side note, I am so hyped for the Mewtwo DLC coming soon. I also heard there were going to be other DLC characters.

Once with Sheik, 1 life left outta 3, and one with Villager, 2 lives left outta 3~
Toffee.
You can typically beat 9s if you just spam them to death, which is pretty stupid.Or just be pro, and use Bowser.
Shradow
Speaking of Bowser, had a funny game online where we were both playing him. I killed him by spiking him with a quick short hop into dair when he tried to recover, then later he tried the same on me but missed the timing so I didn't get spiked, and he didn't manage to stay above the stage and killed himself. XD Perfect. I also found out a lot of casual players who are my friends have a lot of trouble vs Little Mac, even when Im just spamming smash attacks and dash attacks. Shradow
I honestly tend to run into their attacks more than I should if they do that, it's unexpected.

You missed the perfect word to make the funny. He simply cant the feel. But yeah, I know what you mean. They also do unsafe options, like falling down with dairs and such, and super armor eats through that.

You think your writing words that aren't actually showing up. Though, that happens normally, I just catch it most the time. lolAnd yea. He's been telling me he can't fight master core at all because knowing how to dodge his attacks are kind of really important. I just feel bad because I can't understand his problem, having finished all but the "clear classic on 9.0 without losing a stock". Speaking of, I feel my best character for that will be Shulk since I'm confident in my ability to play him, and counter just destroys the beast and sword forms. Master Fortress isn't that bad once you learn how to fight him.
Toffee.
I feel like this is because casual players are bad at dodging. One of my friends for example just can't the feel for it.Just tell them to be pro and use Mario's Cape/etc.Speaking of which....I'm pretty sure Mac is the only middleground for online play.By this, I mean scrubby Macs can typically get easy wins, because there will always be that obscure number of people who seemingly auto-loose to him. But you can just do stupid things, and rush/etc him with characters that can make it incredibly awkward for him. Since if you do, you can try and get said Mac to devolve into ONLY using Counter, and if that happens, then any/all approaches to said Mac will be met with Counter. From there, just run up and watch him Counter to nothing, and immediately follow it up with some broken combo/etc.And with that in-mind, For Glory falls into 2 catagories; Those who win vs Mac, and those who loose vs Mac.And it's funny, cuz' Mac is jokingly referred to as the final boss of For Glory mode. Agro
I got another salty guy on for glory. At about the 20th straight game he lost to my Ness, he changed his name to something salty-like. To his credit, at least he never quit. The run finally ended when I got bored after winning two games against his duck hunt by home run batting the can back into his face. Must have been 30-40 games total, it was weird how many times he lost without leaving.

Shradow
Can't say I've ever gone against a single opponent for quite that long, but as someone who's gone down those sort of losing streaks against someone before, you just have to keep going. Sometimes you lose to someone half a dozen times only to beat them a dozen times after that, sometimes it's loss after loss for a good 20 games or so, or maybe it's about 50/50 and you just go back and forth. Regardless, it's more experience and more practice. iirc, my win rate usually hovers around 65-70%.
Agro
The fun part about ness's dthrow fair combo is just doing the dthrow and letting them air dodge or nair. I just slow walk forward like an inch and fsmash. The number of times it's worked online is hilarious to me

Agro
I've started getting a lot of people who will switch Ness after losing to me a few times and then get bodied.I've also started adapting to people's playstyles a lot better. A lot more down-a-stock comebacks than I'm used to. And then there are just the times where I'll go off on the first stock and they'll be like "I'M OUT" and SD the second lolIn other words: I'm showing improvement, at least in online play– offline is like a completely different game in many ways. They suck that much, that they switch to Ness in hopes of being able to PK Fire you to death?
Shradow
It's almost cruel how I play primarily heavyweights and seem to get matched up against lightweights a lot.
vla1ne
my jigglypuff seems to get destroyed by shulk and ness far more than it does against heavyweights. i don't know if it's because of a bad matchup, or just because i haven't adapted well to their playstyles yet. Agro
So.... They suck that much, that they switch to Ness in hopes of being able to PK Fire you to death?Yeah they PK Fire a lot. I'd assume either they think they know him better than I or they assume Ness is just broken and I'm not actually that good.I've been consistently winning like 70-80% of my matches online since last week, so maybe that 50% will finally start to really rise. It's almost cruel how I play primarily heavyweights and seem to get matched up against lightweights a lot.Whenever a DK or Ike shows up on the other side of the stage when I'm playing Fox and Ness, my mouth waters. The only time my mouth watered with Pit was when I ran into a Diddy today and proceeded to start shooting him every time he threw a banana so he couldn't get to it in time and winning in the grab-throw department by about 10-0. It was fucking amazing.
Shradow
I need to face more people from here. Currently using my friend's Wii U while at college, so if anyone wants, add the NNID "KaptainKielbasa". Yeah they PK Fire a lot. I'd assume either they think they know him better than I or they assume Ness is just broken and I'm not actually that good. I get that sort of thing a lot, just with Little Mac.
