Okay, so, in the 'New Custom Cards Section Rules' it clearly states under ANY OTHER CARDS, joke cards are forbidden, and yet in the sections very description it says 'A section for Joke Cards'.
So is that a yes or a no go on the "Joke Cards"? I'm not questioning for my own purposes, it's simply so I know what is and is not allowed in a given section.
