Team stuffs!

Okay, point numero uno, I've had to go through a surprise format and didn't have the time to make a back up - meaning my huge and sexy resource folders size is equal to the square root of fuck all. Now, this being so, I need mah team to link me up. I'd appreciate mainly stuff with actual resources, not PSDs and tuts because quality teaching tools are easy enough to find.

Now, second topic is team projects! I think these'd be fun as fuck, honestly - I had two main ones in mind.

I) Team Collab! By this I again mean two thing:

 a) Collabs between two-three people, of course, and

b ) Collab topic. Someone starts a tag, puts up the progress and PSD, and a next person takes the baton from here, announcing that they did so. This goes on until most agree that the tag looks alright. This allows multiple minds and ideas to be shared, and it'd eliminate the fear of fucking shit up in collabs, I feel - the main problem was how intimidating making big changes was, but here it'd be essential and it'd be the essence of the whole thing.

II) Team Shop! By this I mean setting up a shop where anyone and everyone can take orders, collabs can be done for tags, more results given to the customer to make sure they have the best experience possible.

Feel free to share any opinions and further ideas.

I'm working on giving you guys "homeworks". I'll post everything about that today but I quite like the collab idea.

I am also working on a portfolio idea so that everyone could update their work in one thread rather than making a bunch if threads. I might have to take this up with Night so that I could have a subforum arranged.

I will also have exclusive video tutorials, speed paints, art tutorials, etc. posted here that I won't release anytime soon to the public. The only reason why I haven't posted all the tutorials in my "I feel generous" thread is because of my original test. I wanted to see if people did actually use the info in my "armature" tutorial. I still haven't seen anyone follow my tutorial so I thought to myself, "why bother uploading the rest?". People want to paint but they don't understand that painting is all about observation. Once you have observed nature and it's work, imagination can be painted even easier than observation.

Oh, and, team communication. Lots of it, seriously. Skype, Ventrilo/Mumble/Teamspeak, anything, really. Projects will require it.

and also teammates doing shit outside of gfx; I love it but I do lots of other shit, ijs

EDIT:

didn't even see your tut shit, brb, watching stuff

I got a crap ton of resources if anyone wants me to compile it all. Granted a lot of stuff you've seen already, but still. Regarding everything else, I'm on board for really anything.

I want stuff.

Stuffstuffstuff.

Give me stuff.
