MDupont
As many people have suggested, there was suppose to be a feature where you are able to select sub-types for your cards, infact, I was the one who suggested it. Yes, I know you could just type Beast/Effect/Spirit, but that's not how the real cards are, and I have a pic of a card I did. See how it is in Card Maker? However, when looking at a real card: See how it is just Spellcaster/Spirit? This is how it should be done to make cards look more realistic. This is also the same for Toon, Gemini, and Union sub-type monsters. I recall YCMaker saying is was going to be in. Was there something that prevented it from being in? Sander
Just type them in the card type box
Administrators YCMaker Posted June 22, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 22, 2007 Sorry about not including that feature - unfortunately I had to leave out some of the things I wanted to put in in order to finish the card maker on time. However, it won't be too hard for me to add it in now, so I'll see what I can do.
MDupont
Okay thanks. ^^ I want to make tons of Spirit cards so that's why I asked.
StevenBray
Maybe when you make Spirit Sub-Type, you should also include Union, Toon and Gemini Sub-Type aswell as Token Type cards. However, Gemini sub-types aren't available in English yet, so you dont need to make them yet. Go to http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gemini_Monster_Cards for details on Gemini types

StevenBray
Gemini is a monster with the new Second Summon function; a monster that when summoned once or in the graveyard or removed from play is a normal monster but when summoned a second time (by the card effect) or in your Deck or hand is an Effect monster
MDupont
To be more specific, Gemini cards are coming out in the next set called Tactical Evolution. Dual was the Japanese name, while Gemini is the official english name for them.
JerryFreelance
Oh, that's neat. Do you have any examples of that?
