Eury
3 Level 4 monsters When this card is Special Summoned: Negate the effects of all other face-up Xyz Monsters currently on the field. You can target 1 other face-up Xyz Monster on the field; until the End Phase, this card's name and original effect become the same as that monster. You can only use this effect of "Number 69: Heraldry Crest" once per turn. Pulled this guy today, sounds like he can be lulzy. Idunno. Discuss. Premier Alexander Romanov
He is quite lulzy. He is my personal favorite Number, and, in the right deck, a bane to any Xyz Monster your opponent plops down. In a sheer stroke of luck, I once beat a Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon with this card in a Hunder Deck. Sadly, with the sheer volume of other potential 3-material Rank 4s to put into your cramped Extra Deck, #69 is often overlooked in favor of its card-removing colleagues. Blake
Not awful this format, but still not even in the top 4 of 3 Mat R4. Just a Hunder tech, basically.
Mysty
Somewhat unrelated: I kinda wish they could "keyword" the phrase "You can only use the effect of [name] once per turn." The tough part would then be finding a way to distinguishable from "You can only activate the effect of [name] once per turn." Maybe something like: "3 Level 4 monsters When this card is Special Summoned: Negate the effects of all other face-up Xyz Monsters currently on the field. Useable only once per turn: You can target 1 other face-up Xyz monster on the field; until the End Phase, this card's name and original effect become the same as that monster." and "Activatable only once per turn: You can Tribute this card to draw and reveal 1 card. If that card is a Level 1 Monster Card, draw 1 more card." Would that be so hard, Konami? On-topic: Now I understand why Unicorn negates the effect - this works when Special Summoned. (Well, and then there's that Number 8 doesn't need materials to drain ATK score and effects.) It requires 3 Level 4s, meaning it has to compete with Shock Master. I like this card, but Shock Master is just too powerful to pass up in most situations. In a Rank 4 deck, I probably wouldn't main more than 1 of these (and only 1 in Heraldic.dek because Unicore can revive it for 2600 ATK) - there are just too many good two-material Rank 4s to use. Sleepy
He is my second favorite Xyz in the game, right next to Number 8 In Heraldic Beasts, I've found myself doing doble Leviair or doble Chidori thanks to this (As stupid as it sounds, sometimes it's easier to make a 3 material Xyz than having 2 WINDs for another Chidori). Also, Unicorn makes it a 2600 beater from the Graveyard. Dat feeling that your opponent thinks you are completely defenseless because you are topdecking, then sees you use from the Graveyard, Unicorn, Aberconway, Twin-Headed Eagle, and Redox, then detach Leo and search for something.... then they quit the Duel. I usually have 1 Wind-Up Zenmaister in the Extra Deck. Just to flip it down and up and make it regain it's effects. One time, my opponent had gone for that Djinn Xyz that doubles his ATK when attacking. It was great when this Number came next turn.
~British Soul~
Pulled this guy today I didn't even pull 1 out of my box, but I don't care as it meant more E-Drags.
Eury
I didn't even pull 1 out of my box, but I don't care as it meant more E-Drags. E-Drags were the reason I bought the packs. ;D Pulled Tempest, 2 Steams, Burner; already had a Reactan, Redox and Lightning. ANYWAYS, I may use this guy. Dunno if IRL, but might make a deck on DN that uses him for teh lolz. Imagine copying Big Eye or Dracossack. lolololol

Wildflame
I remember this being cool in Wind-Ups. It practically lost any play after that.

evilfusion
I just bought mine online, alongside Number 107. Because I was going to buy 107 regardless and it cost me like...a dollar. It's a lot cheaper than buying packs, since while packs are worthwhile for the shot at E-Dragons (which are going for like...$10 apiece...imagine the price if they weren't only RARES), I don't want most of the cards in the pack. Besides, Coat of Arms is my one of my favorite Numbers. Even though it beat Kaito, the whole scene was badass. I mostly use it with a Gogogo Deck, considering the Deck can drop 3 Material Rank 4s with considerable ease. I built the original Deck specifically to test out Coat of Arms, because otherwise, I'll admit it's outclassed. It's still a hilarious card, being able to negate all Xyz when Special Summoned by any means, so even Call of the Haunted and similar work nicely, and it can copy names and effects of any Xyz either player controls.

It's a nice tech in Decks that can use it, but it's more likely you won't have the space over Shark Drake, Ouroboros, Shock Master, etc.
