Zextra
Rules: • 1st card to 3 votes first wins, or that has the most votes by 11:59 PST on May 26th. • Votes must be supported by valid reasoning. Requirements: Make a card that involves level manipulation (examples include Tuningware, Star Drawing, etc.) Prize: 1 Rep/Like Voter Bonus: Each successful vote earns the user a rep! Scoreboard: Card A: 0 Card B: 3 Card A: Card B: To clarify on Catalyst Wyvern's effect: • Since the concept of "Level 0" doesn't exist, should you subtract a Level 4 monster's Level from Catalyst Wyvern's Level, it would simply result in Catalyst Wyvern becoming a Level 1 monster. Zextra
Well, both cards are up. Unfortunately, they're not in spoilers since spoilers don't seem to be working properly as of right now. Anyways, start voting!
Silent Luminus
While card A does a good job of supporting its archetype, the main issue with the card is its restriction to Galaxy/Photon monsters, so in its correcct deck, it would only be good in making Neo Galaxy-Eyes, Tachyon, and possibly Papilloperative, if you run her. This severely limits its usage, unfortunately. The detach effect is nice, though. Card B may seem slow, but it can actually be quite effectiv. Not only is its level changing effect useful for synchros (since it's a tuner), but for Xyzs as well. with proper planning, it seems like it could contribute to some very neat plays. So I g ive my vote to card B.

.:Blu:.
My vote goes to Card B. I agree with Silent on this one, Card A's restriction to Photon/Galaxy monsters really inhibits its usefulness and versatility. Card B is well rounded and offers amazing support for both Synchros and Xyzs.
Northern Sage
Card A is restricted and basically outclassed by Wizard and other Photon support in general. Card B has some good potency topped off with being a tuner. Vote for Card B.
