Toffee.
I'm keeping the Galaxy Queen's Light, Geargiagear, and the 2 Strongholds.Cuz' they seem absolutely hilarious here, and I was in the mood to run something with potentially stupid/silly techs.(But it looks good on paper, as it always does)
Wildflame
I'd cut down some of the Veilers, maybe a Fiendish, and part of the Machina engine for a playset of Geargianos and at least 1 other Geargiagear. Also probably Catastor over an Emeral if you're keeping a Veiler, and maybe a Dragosack over a Big Eye. A second Shock master isn't really needed (this ain't Gadgets), but the rest of the Extra Deck is in order so I guess it's good to have it just in case. Also, Limiter Removal steals games, and turns a single Gearframe into an OTK. And I didn't even touch your silly techs :>

It's not like Mk-II, where I can revive Arsenal and instantly grab Armor from the Deck via swapping said Arsenal. But yea, I'll do:-1 Chain-1 Emeral-1 Shock+Limiter+Dragosack+Catastor
Wildflame
It's not like you will use Geargiano's effect anyways, its purpose is being fodder for Geargiagear. A single Gear with just one set of targets can be quite unreliable. Although I would understand if you want to keep it Geargiano-free.

Mk-II can at least do things in and outside of that.
