The first round requirements are simple. You are to create a Level 4 or lower Tuner monster. That is all.

MalevolentWraith.png

While this card is face-up on the field, its name is treated as "Plaguespreader Zombie". When this monster is Summoned: target 1 Level 4 or lower Zombie-type mosnter in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. It cannot be used as Synchro Material Monsters except for the Synchro Summon of a Zombie-Type monster.

When this card is used as a material for a Synchro Monster: You may Special Summon this card from your Graveyard; if the Synchro Monster would be destroyed: You can banish this card instead.

Vote to Card B. Card A is broken cuz it's so easy to Summon and +1 off of it multiple times per turn. And it doesn't even have a once-per-turn clause like the already inferior Gogogo Ghost.

Card B could've done better with better stats, but at least it's not broke and it's possibly, though unlikely, usable.

I totally agree. Warrior-type wasn't the best choice for a tuner, but it best fitted the image.

Wow, no perfect win/loss.

And so the perfect win/loss streak in the first round has been broken. Huzzah!

Haha yeah, I realized after submitting it that it was OP xD Well nice go Thar :3 best of luck!

You as well. And don't forget, win or lose, we still have another match after this one.

If I lose this one, I'll redeem myself next time (Evil Laugh)... No really my other card has much better design xD

So does mine.

Doesn't matter, though. I'm only competing for the thrill, not the record.

Card B gets my vote; it requires proper setup, but has a nice Master Key Beetle-esque effect once a Synchro Summon is pulled off. In addition, since it is indeed a tuner, it also allows itself to be reused.

As for Card A, zombies have quite a few cards that can abuse it too much, Zombie Master and Pyramid Turtle, just to name off a few, and unfortunately, that can potentially generate too many +s when used in conjunction with it.

What I understand is that it can SS itself whenever it is sent for a synchro summon, right ?

If so, then it is a 3 card OTK with Boost Warrior/Monk/Goblin/Quillbolt or anything, you just need to synchro and trigger Doppel from your hand (and Librarain oh god), still Doppel probably is an OTK with something else. lmao

Card A, can do stuff for sure. I can look into this more, but I doubt it will be any more broken than B.

I vote A.

I would have to say card a

card a gives is slightly on the op side but has vast potential and is a good card to be used in a majorly underused deck in my opinion. I cant picture any scenario where card b is run in any deck. Additionally, card b can be specialed after synchro... that basically allows for extremely easy back to back synchros. Card a for the win
