Althemia
I dunno, really been liking this build a lot lately. Thinking about negging Sylphine though since I'm not playing Lightray Grepher
Zazubat
I don't really get it, Sylphine requires Winged Beast, though I havn't ever played with Lightray with this, so I don't really know what that is suppose to mean. Anyway, I don't think runnining 3 Rise is good idea, though instead of Fiendish you use Breakthrough, which might be a better move, I will have to test that out. TT instead of BTH? I don't know which is best these days, though I like BTH in there, though TT might be better? I would also like at least 1 Armament in there, so you arn't totaly screwed if you lose Yamato at some point. Vanity's Emptiness is a great tech for stopping pretty much everything nowadays, though the way it seems you build it, you seem to want to get out Susano'o more. Horn of the Phantom Beast is also nice, as it allows Susano'o to get a ton of draws for you, though both are these are kinda techy. I don't really know about Ray in there, Starliege seems better (you have it I see, then you could put a Roach or 104 in there), maybe a I also run Tiger King, as it's a free Tenki if anything, and it does negate everything on the field, except B-Warriors, so maybe take out the third Susano'o for that? Your choice, but so far, I havn't had the need for 3. Oh, and Emeral, never thought of that, it's actually something I should have thought about a long time ago to put in. I don't think Cowboy is really needed in there, it got plenty of other options. EDIT: Oh, you do have BTH. Yeah NM about that then. I run Compulse instead of that, allows me to get Yamato to survive, and also counters a lot of other stuff. It's also debatable if running 3 Murakumos is needed or not. Your Deck can easily get them back with Rise, so I would say no for this build. I only run 2 as well. I also took out Monk for a while, and it didn't seem to be that big of a deal. I'm putting it back now to test how it works with a few changes I got from your build.
Althemia
Murakumo at 3 is needed, imo. A good amount of the cards you mentioned to me are meh techs at best, so I don't really want to play it. I also can't really play Tiger King because situationalness that I will never ever want to make. Playing Sylphine because I forgot to take it out for Blackship. I can maybe agree somewhat of Horn, but it is playing during the Damage Step if anything. I also find that Tiger King is nice as a negate, where something like Cowboy is just there to take out something with 2900 or less, and really, you already got Honest and Habakiri, it shouldn't be that hard to get something powerful out as a Rank 4, I mean, you can even go into some Constellar stuff. Of course, that's your choice, but a negate or an attack for a turn before it gets destroyed, and yes I do know that there's only 1 way to make it, which limits the chances of you getting it out, so don't even bother commenting about it. And techs are techs, feel of them as you like.

I didn't even know he had an attack position effect in this deck.
Aerion Brightflame
Have you tried Dress in here? Since, I've been loving the 2 Advent, 2 Lance 2 Dress set-up myself.

Zazubat
Totaly agree with Koko here. No reason for Dress, Breakthrough can do the job if your opponent tries anything.
Lonk
I'd try to find room for 2-3 Vanity's Emptiness. Bujins easily get around the card, and your opponent sits and cries there like a baby whose goodie bag of stuff was taken away from him.

Or you can just run 42 cards. Your choice.
