Once Per Turn, you can target one monster in your opponent's control and equip it; the equiped monsters with this card cannot attack or swith their position. When this card sends to the graveyard, you can attach all the equiped monsters with this card to a xyz monster in your control.

Your card has horrible OCG dude, I suggest you check out my OCG Thread. Also, your last effect doesn't make any sense, as you can only equip 1 card to 1 monster at a time. Well, the card is interesting, it allows you to stall your opponent and makes it so they won't be able to switch out easily, not that it's really needed as 90 % of cards are always in Attack Position anyway. And the fact that you can equip your opponent's monsters to any Xyz Monster you control is pretty neat, so triggers won't happen, and they cannot use their monsters in the Grave. I don't know what could really play this, but it looks neat.
