 Sup. So, I created this, it's a WATER Dinosaur archetype that focuses on stopping those pesky Dragons. So there's that. Anyway, here they are:

During your opponent’s turn, if your opponent discards to activate a card effect: You can discard this card to the Graveyard; negate the effect, also shuffle those discarded cards into the Deck, also, “Tiny Dino” monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each card shuffled into the Deck this way. When this face-up card is targeted by your opponent’s card effect: You can banish this card until your next Standby Phase, then you can add 1 “Tiny Dino” monster from your Graveyard to your hand, except “Tiny Dino Orange”.[/spoiler]

During the turn this card was Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Tiny Dino" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) During your opponent’s turn, if your opponent controls a monster: You can declare an Archetype name and discard this card until the End Phase, your opponent cannot attack with monsters with that Archetype name in their name, or be used as an Xyz Material. This effect of “Tino Dino Blue” can only be activated once per turn.

You can Tribute 1 “Tino Dino” monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand, then you can shuffle 1 “Tino Dino” monster from your Graveyard into your Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. During your opponent’s turn, if your opponent would activate the effect of 1 of their banished monsters: You can discard this card; negate that effect, also your opponent cannot active banished monsters effects with the same Type as that negated monster unti the End Phase.

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If you do: Add 1 “Tino Dino” monster from your Deck to your hand, except “Tino Dino Pink”. During either player’s turn, if your opponent activates a monster effect: You can discard this card; “Tino Dino” monsters are unaffected by your that card effect, also, if that effect would return a card to the hand, shuffle it into the Deck instead, then all “Tino Dino” monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF for each monster shuffled into the Deck.

3 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material to declare 1 Archetype name; monsters in your opponent’s hand with that Archeype name cannot activate their effects in the hand that would discard 2 or more cards until the End Phase of your opponent’s next turn. This card gains 200 ATK for each “Tino Dino” monster attached to this card as an Xyz Material. When this card is desroyed by a card effect: Banish the card that destroyed this card.

Personally I find them a tad slow, outside of the Xyz. They rely too much on the opponent and come across a tad anti-metaish. Orange doesn't seem useful since not many useful cards discard as a cost outside of merlanteans. 

 

In fact upon further inspection they seem to just be anti Mermails which hinders the useabilty of the deck even more.

 

Aesthetically they are cute and there seems to be some typos in the cards text.

You do see that I stated this was anti Incarnate Dragons (also known as Elemental Dragons) right? Orange is quite useful, stops your opponent from getting stuff into the Grave with any of the lower Level Dragons will be stopped, getting stuff in for the biggers effects will be stopped. I should also negate the effect. Anyway, there's plenty Meta Decks that will hate this, as sadi Incarnate, but also Dark World, and as you mentioned Mermails. And of course there will be typos, that's bound to happen, if you could point them out so I can fix them easily?

They are extremely cute! But on the cards themselves, I think that if you were to include a bit more speed to it, the deck would become an extremely annoying anti-meta deck, (Which I have nothing agains - I hate playing meta-decks, they are all unoriginal.) what with its ability to stop Mermail, Abyss, Elemental Dragons, and Dark World. (Which I bloody DESPISE.) All in all, I really like them. :D

When you mean speed, what exactly do you mean? I have already made them go into Rank 4 quite easily, so I need a bit more infomation on what exactly you mean by that.
