Legend Zero
http://kotaku.com/microsoft-every-xbox-one-can-be-used-to-make-games-898750954Now this is pretty cool. Also, for the record, saying "I have no bias because I'm getting both systems" is the dumbest thing people keep saying. vla1ne
That makes things interesting. If they put those features on the XBone, I'm curious to see how extensive of a game people could actually make with it. but it also raises a ton of questions about the entire thing. Is it gonna have multiple kinds of games you can make? will it be able to create games on the level of skyrim and demons souls? can you create new mechanics for the games you make as you desire? How will you code it? What are the drawbacks gonna be to having it, because this level of additional software is gonna have to have a few. how many games can you create? What's the maximum size/resolution/length of the games you can make? And for that matter, will it be easier to make games on the Xbone than your average computer? A lot more questions are still unanswered as well, but the general idea itself sounds like it could be amazing.

Legend Zero
Uh....but this is an Xbox One thread, so what point is there talking about Steam? ._.Just because one is better than the other doesn't mean we shouldn't discuss about the lesser of the two. Only connection I can think of is that for a while it seemed like MS was trying to make the XO into a console version of steam.
Wizarus
I hope Microsoft isn't banking on the casual gamer paying attention to this stuff.
Lonk
Only connection I can think of is that for a while it seemed like MS was trying to make the XO into a console version of steam. So basically, they're converting it into a Steambox? meh, they aren't really doing a good job at marketing their console, are they?
