I find Satoru to be a unique character personally. His personality is great because he doesn't come off as anti-social. However, his superiority complex is a bit of a concern but not enough that it ruins the rest of his personality. As far as powers go, I really enjoy the motif that's been established with such powers as Ghosting, Telekinesis, and Foresight. They give Satoru a supernatural vibe. His Ultimate Defense power, however, is a bit of a disconnect. It doesn't seem to correlate with the supernatural motif but at least it's a necessary addition since Ghosting cannot be used for a constant means of defense. His special attacks are a bit lackluster unfortunately and I wish you could've incorporated Telekinesis more into the special attacks.
 

Majoras:
Kumiko's appearance and personality is very interesting and different which I personally liked. If based on personality alone, Kumiko would be one of the better apps. Unfortunately, I found her powers to be quite tamed. You could've done much more to flesh out her powers. While I like the fact that some of her powers require Kumiko to use her life force and the fact that her powers have an overarching motif (emotions), it's just too tamed for my taste.

Takayuki is a very interesting character in terms of his appearance, personality, and powers. Takayuki differentiates himself well from the other characters. While his powers are indeed fantastic, especially Loop Reel, unfortunately, Ionization and Electromagnetic Field are way too technical in their explanations and the payoff sounded a bit too weak for both. I was unable to get a clear understanding of the applications for the Ionization power and the drawback on the Electromagnetic Field is a bit too much for it to be used practically since it prohibits constant usage. While I see the possible potential of the powers in the long run, in the short run, they just seem unpractical to use.

This is one of the apps which I found to have really cool and interesting powers. The personality is one complaint I have with this app all because of the fact that he's difficult to socialize with and the focus of this RP is on a group rather than individuals. Also, you never mentioned whether Hiraku can draw quickly enough to keep his powers practical in actual combat.
 

Chaos Sonic:
The one thing that I really like about Sadao is his personality. He has a cheerful disposition which could help lighten the mood of the RP. However, there is one pressing problem with Sadao and that is his Gravity Gear power. While I find it to have the potential of producing some really good fights, the fact that the power is activated by voice really took the app down for me. I can't find a correlation between the power and the voice activation. I think it would've been better if the power produced a circular field in which objects/people in it are affected. Also, it states that the spark produced by Gravity Gear is a manipulation of time and space but I can't find the time angle in it at all. It seems like it's just a manipulation of space.
 

Shotaro Ishinomori:
Again, this is one of the apps which I find myself really drawn to the character's personality. It's great in that it'll give the group a bit of diversity. Unfortunately, the powers and special attacks didn't really stood out to me all that much. And Acceleration seems a bit similar to my character's Time Shift power. Overall, it was an okay app but nothing too spectacular.
 

Neph:
This app really annoyed me but not because of the content at all. Instead, what annoys me about this app is that Mashiro just seems like a really great, complex antagonist as opposed to a protagonist. Mashiro's powers are creative and interesting, albeit a bit too powerful. And because of the powers/special attacks, Mashiro just has more of the villain vibe to me. If anything, I would accept this app as a major antagonist for the future. So yeah, the app is annoying, but it's annoying because I can't accept it as a protagonist app.

Akihiro is definitely a cool character in my opinion. He has the making of a really good villain, but that's where the fault lies. While I understand that Akihiro is meant to transition into a villain's role later on in the RP, his inital "good" role feels forced to me. Akihiro would be better off as an antagonist throughout but I, unfortunately, cannot have that. One redeeming quality of Akihiro is his creative array of special attacks. His powers is also another notable feature of the app, especially Time Lock and Weight Negation (despite the eye clause on Time Lock). Also, I like the fact that you included a mention of Schwarz in your "Other Information" section. However, I stand by my view that he's just better off as a villain than a good guy turned evil.

*Sigh* Well, somehow I knew Gravity Gear was going to be my downfall.

 

Sucks that I wasn't able to get in once again...but, congrats to those who got in. Please make me proud to watch this thread!!

Fair enough. If you happen to do another round of app accepting (this time allowing antags, of course), then I'll be happy to refine Akihiro and bring him back into the table.

 

In the meantime, I hope those of you who got accepted enjoy this RP.

Well, guess I failed. Eh, the fact I made a really good app and was rejected only because it was too much of an antagonist isn't anything bad against me. I guess I was upset I was rejected, but being able to be an antagonist sounds even more fun, and I really appreciate that Blu~! <3 Well, condolences to all who were rejected, and major congratulations to those who were. Well, what did we expect? It was like a dozen people and only 3 or 4 would get in. I know all those apps were good, and Axi, yours was just sheer amazingness and I loved it. I'm glad you made it in, because you deserve it. Don't worry guys, I'm not excluding you all, you all deserved a spot, but only the restrictions held us back. Once again, congradolences and see you later in the RP~! =3

GG everyone, well done to those who got in. A bit disappointing that it's only my powers that let me down, but hey-ho. Nice to know there might be an oppurtunity to return later, if the RP stays alive. I dont know about a villainous role, I dont think he truly suits that sort of vibe, but I think I have an Idea of how to include him, should you ever open accepting again, so I'll definitely be watching and waiting.

Good luck with the RP; it's bound to be a great one.
