You earn points by posting, you can have someone gift you points, or in one other secret way that only the mods know about. You can not earn points by having your post liked. It used to work that way but something broke it and it doesn't work now.Warning Points: Once they reach pre-assigned levels you get post-locked/banned/other things. They eventually go away.
