Name/song because Susano'o is the god of sea and storms.

Unsure on the Night Beams.

Deck can actually win on Rank 2s if I don't get Lemuria, I just need Tidal to back it up, and considering I'm essentially running 8 Tidals, that's not hard.

The best first turn play is using Tidal/Stream/Foolish to dump an Angler somehow, and to make Herald of Sacred Light with the materials you get. Given that I tend to open up with at least 1 other Nimble than an Angler, if any angler, it's always ready to put something I want in the deck back in there. I've even returned a Tidal with it to prep a Stream.

I've actually been testing a very similar build to this and I kinda feel like the only plays you can ever make either use up too much of the deck's resources or they are too underwhelming. Not sure if I'm playing it right but y'know.

Maybe try a Treacherous Trap Hole?

You just have to be conservative with what you have, to a point, and mostly float on the Rank 2s and Tidal. You run out of advantage, but not too quickly at all, unless you're being totally reckless.

A super predictable trap that doesn't add anything to the deck doesn't seem like the best idea.
