Embittered Moon
I saw this remake of the classic horror movie "The Evil Dead" a couple weeks ago and I thought it was pretty good. Discuss.

Gαr
Please tell me they kept the tree rape! They did, but it wasn't as good as the original, but just as kinky.

Jake the Sage
I honestly haven't seen the new Evil Dead movie, though I have seen all of the new ones. From what one of my friends has told me it isn't a very good movie. It's more gore than anything else with very little comedy in it. It's trying to take itself too seriously. The original Evil Dead and the two sequels knew that they weren't high grade horror movies, in fact they were B-List movies, and just went with the comedy route to parody a lot of things. It was still scary when it needed to be but it also gave us some of the best comedy horror I've ever seen. It was gruesome and hilarious at the same time . . . And just to prove my point here is a clip of the Devil Dead 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pC_XT-HdBvE That is at the same time funny and some what disturbing (O.e)
