BANZAI!!!!
Lighpulsar Dragon roared defiantly as it was struck by Noxus's blast. A second later, the white dragon, Zane's strongest fighter, was gone. Zane's Life point meter decreased by 300, leaving both him and Seth even in scores once again. Astrum's voice echoed in Zane's head again. "This is bad, Zane. Your deck is trap heavy, and now he's stopped us from rallying any sort of counterattack. I want to step in on this one." "I'll try my best Astrum, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to summon you." Zane replied. "I know you're itching to fight him, but i'm not so sure its our best option either." "Just trust me, Zane. I've got this." "Alright. I'll give you a shot." WIth that, the smoke cleared, leaving Exploder Dragonwing, Zane's lone defender, staring down a virtual army of dragons. Reinforce
Jacqui frowned, not having much to stop the effect of that Naturia Fruitfly currently. Watching her opponent, she stayed still as the Naturia Barkion wrapped around the drained monster that was usually one of her strongest, destroying it. Annoyed at this new occurrence, she was at least glad that her other strong monster, Fallen Angel of Roses was still just high enough that neither of her opponent's other monsters could destroy it. "So you killed Tytannial, is that supposed to impress me or something. Besides, with Barkion's attack out of the way, you don't have a monster strong enough to defeat my Fallen Angel of Roses anyway." Lord JZ of the Enigma
Selina looked at Tytannial and frowned "she was soo pretty too....but I have to keep going, my big brother would get mad if I lost, but either way, you're right I can't attack again, so I'm going to end right there" Selina looked at her partially full field and smiled, she had quite a few things going for her, but she also had to trust in her partner "Mister Tamazu, I put my faith in you~" she said with a wink. The fans were going wild, Selina was of course popular for her body almost as much for her actual dueling skill, and she was far more popular then her brother, who in the other field, could only be causing fear in the arena......but she expects this from Seth, he was always a darker type of person, and while sometimes she wished he would smile, she knew that Seth...in his own special way....was happy......and terrifying. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
J walked out of MHD's Headquarters with multiple thoughts in his mind. Lately, he began developing multiple projects that were to help both the MHD and his own plot, including plans of making a weapon created to help humans kill Exiles, the Jormungandr, as well his master plan, the Second Catalyst. However, J's face remained calm and smiling even with the dark thoughts in his mind. He knew that Diabolos' death would help quicken the creation of Jormungnandr, which in turn will further the Second Catalyst, which is why he can hardly contain the excitement once he read the report. For now, he will play along as a member of CONSNT. He walked over to the duel arena not too far away from MHD's HQ. Once he arrived, he was greeted by 2 CONSNT soldiers who promptly escorted him to a small room which he will be using as a temporary office while he's there. The room contained only a large, rectangular table with 6 chairs surrounding it. It was obvious to J that the room has been used for a conference not too long ago. The only other thing of importance is a small file containing the names of each participant as well as their Exiles, should there be any. He skimmed through them since none of them is of any use, but he did come across something that piqued his interest. "Oh-ho. So you belong to this so-called 'Hideyoshi' now, huh? I was wondering where you could have gone after your friends arrived to help you out." He grinned as he saw a picture of Rin in the contestants list. It is true that Rin used to belong to J until 3 Rogue Exiles helped her out. Needless to say, the three met their brutal ends as food to further the Second Catalyst. "Well, it doesn't matter anymore, does it? I'll have you back when this tournament is over. Don't worry, you'll get to choose on whether to be experimented on for the Jormungandr or to join your friends in the 'Cauldron'." J's face warps once again to the maniacal grin, his eyes wide open, displaying their luminescence. After a small display of his instability, J walked out of his office to look at the duels going on. Soon enough, he found himself attracted to the tag duel between Zane, Seth, Matt and Leah, oblivious to the tag duel involving Rin and her new master going on beside it. *MEANWHILE* "S-stop it, will ya? Stop trying to be such an idol or something! You look like a sl- What...?" Before Rin could finish her sentence towards Selina, her attraction was drawn to the figure standing not too far away from her. It was J, her former master. "I-impossible... Is that really him? How did he? Crap... I'm losing it already..." Rin gulped in fear and anxiety. She knew full well what J would do if he found her. If it weren't for the fact he is ignoring her, Rin would have had a panic attack and ran away as far from him as possible.
Aqua Girl
Serene's smile seemed to all most falter at the insulting price for her most valuable cards, seeing the boys Exile she noted it to be a warrior and he seemed to object to the card being bought. Serene got the general idea He wouldn't use it. "Honestly the lowball offer is Quite weak, but I refuse to sell or trade a card to some one who will Just sit them in some collection!" She said with surprising passion, In all honesty what she said was very hypocritical and could easily incite some response from the boy (I'd like you to say here that shes a hypocrite for doing the same thing to her cards.) "WHAT DID YOU SAY!? I love my cards! I keep them in here to protect them!" All of a sudden Serene pulls out a deck and a duel disk forms around her arm a new lightweight model that allows for a hidden duel disc, and the suitcase zips up.and locks. "Let's duel and I'll show you" the crowd had never seen the devil this angry before. Her general aura seemed to scare them all, she was terrifying before and now......oh boy..... M-Cube
Matt saw Seth end his turn, meaning it was time for him to take action. "It's about damn time!" He yelled, and he picked up his next card. "Draw!" He picked up a decent card, and was ready to summon it. He noticed that his card was still on the playing field, so he flipped it face up. "Flip Summon! Penguin Soldier! With this card I send two cards back on the field to the owner's hand! I choose Hieroglyph Dragon King of Attimus and Noxus!" He saw a holographic penguin appear before him, holding a miniature blade that was appropriate for his size. "But that's not all!" He revealed a spell card he had been holding in his hand. "Then I activate the spell card Goblin Thief, subtracting 500 of your life points to be taken by us. Now I will tribute my Soldier in order to Normal Summon Hieracosphinx." He raised his arm and pointed at Mirage Dragon. "Attack Mirage Dragon!" Hieracosphinx leaped towards the Dragon and prepared to strike it. Lord JZ of the Enigma
Seth knew what would happen, he had made himself an enemy on purpose, and with this Leah would have free reign of the field. "So you decided to attack me after all? predictable...." Noxus and his Attimus both returned to their respective areas, Noxus to hand and Attimus to the extra deck, this sent his second material to the graveyard as well, leaving Mirage Dragon on the field with 0 defense, luckily he wouldn't take damage, and Leah was ready to begin her onslaught. "Seems you have bested me" The dark duelist said with an arrogant tone, it was almost too easy. "I'll lose my dragon this turn, but I thank you for preventing your partner from finishing his combination to defeat noxus....after all you can't defeat what isn't on field. TheBearon
'Jeez, I need to get out more.' He said to himself, shading himself from the sun with his hand to get a good look around. The plaza was rife with commotion and people as always. A crowded, busy area that was not to his comfort zone. He'd much rather spend his days in his dark room at his computer, spending time code writing instead being around obnoxious and loud people of all ages. But no, he had to put on decent clothes, which consisted of a simple pair of pants and some Pop culture referenced T-shirt that he forgot he had in the dryer. He was distracted from his inner monologue complaining at the sight of a conflict starting outside the plaza,'Oh, something interesting.' The hacker grinned at the thought of people fighting and walked over to see whatever the hubub was about. 'Maybe waking up late was a blessing after all." Serenade
Leah stayed silent throughout all of the action; she did not want to interrupt any potential combos that Seth may have had, but now it was her turn, and she was ready for the challenge. "I will start my turn by activating Royal Decree! From here on, no traps can be activated! After that, I will tribute my face-down, Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress for Silent Swordsman Level 5, and then activate the spell card Level Up! to bring out Silent Swordsman Level 7 from my deck, to the field!" Leah was proud of her move; she was almost positive there was nothing that the enemy could feasibly do to stop her advance, and it was shaping up to be a very good duel for Leah after all, despite what she had said just ten short minutes ago to her partner. "Once all of my lovely monsters have been summoned, I will have Justice attack Exploder Dragonwing, take him out Justice." She calmly motioned for the destruction of Zane's dragon; with the firepower she had on the field, neither spells nor traps could be activated, and she clearly had the advantage in monsters with Cyber Dragon and Justice on the field. Leah undid her ponytail in the heat of the battle, allowing her luxurious hair to fall to just above her shoulders; it had gotten longer from the last time she noticed it, and she kind of missed the feeling of her hair on her shoulders. Perhaps she would grow it out one day, but would that make her ugly? She was afraid that she would disappoint one of the many males here which seemed to liked her by changing something about herself. Perhaps she would just keep it where it was. Well, that was neither here nor there, she had to focus on the duel at hand. "Once that is done, I end my turn." Avaren
"Well one could say that you are being quite a bit of a hypocrite there..." James was interrupted by her almost instantaneous response "WHAT DID YOU SAY!? I love my cards! I keep them in here to protect them!" James took a step back, taken aback from her speedy and passionate outburst. "Let's duel and I'll show you" "That's not what I meant" James said under his breath, but given how her horns and tail had grown and intensified, he didn't want to argue with her right now. Returning Amren's card from his duel disk into his deck, James readied himself for the oncoming battle. Amren talking to James says "Your seriously not going to fight her are you, we've got better things to be doing..." "You can see her horns and tail can't you, she's obviously fired up." "It doesn't mean you have to fight her." Amren said looking annoyed. "Besides we've beaten worse things then a girl with some freaky stuff coming out of her." "I want that card Amren, you know exactly what we could do with a full set." James said without taking his eyes of the Serene."Fine." Amren says, "Just don't put me up against another Plaguespreader Zombie, I was coughing for a week last time."
Aqua Girl
(Sorry about the latency) Serene gave a frustrated almost evil look at the Exile trying to stop the duel, her glare intensified as if she would take him to hell too if he didn't stop interfering. She says this part of her thought aloud to her self tho could be heard by people around her.... BANZAI!!!!
((OOC: this is it. the big one. I apologize for the length, but it had to be done.)) Zane drew his card. While helpful, he simply did not have enough useable cards on hand to make an impact, now that both of his facedowns were useless. Still, he decided to go for broke. The least he could do was make a dent. "It's all I've got, but here it goes!" As Zane was making his move, Astrum felt the wind change. The air smelled different. It smelled like death... --- At that moment, Arthur Mendacem and Cestus "The Meteor", his exile, entered the stands on the north side of Stadium nine. Arthur surveyed the area, his pale blue eyes picking up faces, smiles. All of them were living a lie. A lie constructed to control them. He was here to liberate them, to show them the truth. Cestus was here to make it happen. Arthur looked at his Exile, who opened his yellow metal mouth guard and flashed him a demented smile. Both of them looked down at the field. They could plainly see the tag team duel taking place below, as well as the three exiles involved.... --- In Stadium Six, where the other duel was progressing Marrissa Aile also entered the stands, holding Glathe, one of her exiles in her arms. The little dragon looked up at her fondly, and she responded by kissing him on the forehead. "Looks like we were a little late to the party." She said to herself as she began walking out of the entrance tunnel. In the sky above, Kyra Sunmana was looking down, eying her prey: the four duelists in the center of the stadium. She spoke telepathically to her partner. "When do we strike?" "When we get the signal from Arthur. Trust me, you won't miss it." --- Back in Stadium nine, Cestus was about ready to go, but Arthur held him up. "Lets let that kid make his move. Just in case he might be able to use that card in his hand against you, I'd rather him play it first." "He'd better move quickly then. I'm getting Impatient." Cestus rapidly tapped his foot on the concrete as he waited. Today was supposed to be fun, and now he had to wait on some kid who wasn't going to make it another five minutes. Oh well, at least he'd have his fun soon. --- "I banish my Delta Flyer and my Masked Dragon from my graveyard, to special summon Blaster, Elemental Dragon of Calderas!" Zane called out as a large, glowing red dragon appeared on his side of the field in a cloud of fire and ash. Asturm's voice echoed in Zans's head. "Zane, something is very, very wrong here. Be on your guard." The dragon was now actively surveying the surrounding area, looking for threats. He'd only felt a presence this malevolent once before, and he'd nearly died that time. Zane replied mentally. "Know where it's coming from?" He could tell Astrum was deadly serious. "No, but be ready." The dragon replied as he continued to scan the area. --- Cestus and Arthur had, by this time, made it down to the front row. Just below them stood the announcer from earlier. Slowly, so that he did not notice, Cestus reached his arm over the railing. Then, with one swift chop to the neck, he ended the man's days, and as he crumpled Cestus handed his mic and headset to Arthur, who donned them. The crowd around them screamed in terror and began to flee as Arthur spoke into the mic. His voice could be heard on the loudspeakers all around the Hydra Complex, and on many of the televisions and radios throughout Gaea. "Citizens of CONSNT! Do not fear us! We come to you, not as conquerors, but as liberators! The tyranny of this corrupt government shall end, and you will become free! Rejoice! for now your lives will be forfeit so that others may reap the benefits of your sacrifice!" At this, Cestus let himself loose. Giggling like an excited child, he launched a massive fist-shaped fireball into the stands above him. It not only connected with numerous members of the audience, but it also managed to destroy a support beam, which caused the whole section to collapse on top of the one below it, and that section, too, collapsed on top of the one below it. When the dust cleared, a whole section of stadium nine had become a pile of rubble. Meanwhile, Arthur cast five copies of Lightning Vortex, targeting various exiles in the audience around the stadium. As the cards he used for costs burned on the ground at his feet, the five blasts of energy connected with the other upper sections, causing similar amounts of destruction around the stadium. "Won't be long now until I can complete my part of the strategy. Everyone else should be starting their own now." Arthur thought to himself. --- In Stadium six, the crowd was in an absolute panic having just heard Arthur's announcement. Of course, there was no escape for them, but Marrissa decided to let them try and run. She and Kyra had bigger fish to fry first, and besides, she had a plan. Marrissa had already rigged many exiles in the arena secretly with multiple copies of "Blast held by a tribute". When she determined that the time was right, she activated all of her trap cards, and all of the entrances caved in as the people inside tried to escape. Kyra, after hearing Arthur's announcement from on high, swooped down at the center of the stadium. Her target was the only exile on the field. She was small, but any exile accompanying a duelist could be potentially deadly, and had to be removed. She dove at top speed, her claws outstretched... --- After firing a few more blasts into the crowd and causing more mayhem, Cestus turned his attention to the dueling field and charged it. He had to kill the exiles present as well. Zane and Astrum were shocked by the sheer amount of destruction unfolding around them. Lightning shot out from the north side of the stadium, and fireballs were causing rows to collapse. Then, Astrum spied the culprit, a Blue warrior exile, speeding toward them. "ZANE!" Zane reacted quickly, almost instinctively. He pulled his Unknown Synchron card from his Banished zone, and used it and Blaster to quickly Synchro Summon Astrum to the field. Astrum appeared amid a glowing white light and immediately charged the attacker. Cestus's fist collided with Astrum's claw a fraction of a second later, creating a small crater in the ground below the two exiles as their energies were released in the clash. Both Exiles were equal in destructive force, and neither could overpower the other. "Diediedie!" Cestus cackled as he forced more energy into his fist. Despite their equal in-game ATK points, Astrum's arms were simply weaker than Cestus's. Deciding to cut his losses, Astrum broke out of the clash and flew upward. At that moment, Arthur approached the field, and Cestus jumped to his side. Zane jumped down from the raised dueling platform. "You Bastards! Who the hell are you?! Why did you kill all those people?!" Zane was angry, and now he was itching for a fight. Arthur responded, but directed his voice in such a way that all of the participants in the duel could hear him. "If you must know, my name is Arthur, and this is my partner, Cestus. We're here to liberate this city from tyranny, like I already said. Those people were necessary sacrifices for the greater good. " He continued to speak as Astrum landed next to Zane. "Unfortunately, we can't allow you all to live, either. Your exiles are too much of a threat to our cause, and besides, we require your lives." With this cryptic statement, Arthur reactivated his duel disk and prepared for combat. He drew another lightning vortex card from a deck box on his waist, and cast it toward the area of the stadium in which The Sarge and J were seated. It rushed toward an exile as the discarded cost card burned at Arthur's feet. Cestus prepared for his next attack, and clenched his fist. On the inside of his mouth guard, he was smiling. --- As Kyra dove, she set her sights on Rin, however, when she was about fifty feet above the platform, she was stopped by an invisible force field, and thrown to the ground. Marrissa and Kyra looked on in astonishment as a tall, robed figure descended onto the grass. Vashkin Mool brandished his polearm and spoke to both Marissa and Kyra. "You picked a bad day to come to Gaea, and now both of you will pay in your own Blood for your crimes!"
TwilightSoul
Justice remained silent and out of sight throughout the duel. He decided to hang back in the shadows, so that Leah could duel on her own two feet. The last thing he wanted was her to feel any type of pressure. His watchful eyes remained on Seth. Justice hated the young human but he admired his dueling capabilities. Seth planed out all of his moves ahead of time it was perfect clock work. Once Noxus made his way to the field Justice's hands began to shake. His hands did not shake out of fear, no it was anticipation. The raw power that the iron scaled dragon emitted excited Justice. It has been a while since he felt the presence of someone, who could match his own strength. Justice may have not cared about the tournament but he really wanted to face Noxus one on one. The duel was filled with numerous comebacks and well played moves but it was time to end it. Once Justice saw the trap card Royal Decree played, he knew what Leah intended on doing. Sure enough Leah executed a combo for him to take the field. When Leah placed his card down, Justice immediately teleported to the middle of the field. The world around Justice grew silent. The shining lights and the roars of the crowd ceased to exist. He was focused; the only sound he heard was Leah's voice. Justice drew his blade when he heard Leah's command. He stared at Exploder Dragonwing, showing no compassion or remorse within his face. The grip on his blade tightened and a dim white light coated his blade. Just was about to attack but a loud explosion caught his attention. The explosion was followed by the screams of the innocent. That's when Justice saw the source of the destruction. He immediately turned his head towards Leah. "Leah, I will not let any harm come to you I swear." He said to her telepathically. Pure chaos was unfolding in the stadium. Justice watched as Astrum collided with the foreign Exile. The two appeared to be evenly matched. Justice did not intend to let the dragon face this new foe alone. As the Exile clenched it's fist and prepared for another attack, Justice decided to strike. Justice appeared from behind the Exile with his sword held high above his head. Justice brought down the blade hoping the cleave the Exile in two.
Avaren
"My Turn! I draw." James said studying his hand. "First off I'll summon a Marauding Captain, allowing me to Special Summon Amren to the field in attack mode." The hologram of the captain came onto the field and with a fluter of his cape, Amren followed straight behind him. "Then I'll activate the effect of Noble Knight Gawayn, allowing me to bring him out in defence. By returning my good captian to my hand, I'll summon a Genex Ally Birdman, which I'll then sync with Gawayn to make Genex Ally Triforce." Wind started enveloping the captain, and when he was fully within it, the winds dissipated leaving a little bird-like creature where it was. From the direction of one of the stadiums came a load booming sound: "Citizens of CONSNT! Do not fear us! We come to you, not as conquerors, but as liberators! The tyranny of this corrupt government shall end, and you will become free! Rejoice! for now your lives will be forfeit so that others may reap the benefits of your sacrifice!" Amren turning back to James "I don't like that James, something is wrong." James, ignoring Amren and the voice, continued: "And I'll use Triforce's effect to revive Gawayn back to my field." "Now Triforce attack her monster!" Triforce lifted up his arm, the once blank cylindrical hole now encasing a ball of white light just as his blast was fired multiple loud explosive sounds came where the voice had come. "James, we have to act. Give up the card, there will be more." James then visibly struggling with the need to help with whatever happened and getting the Quasar Dragon, decided on his move. "Your right. Sorry Lady, hopefully we'll be able to come back to this latter, but for now, I have to leave." With that James put back his cards into his deck and opened a hidden space from his duel disk. Looking at Amren he nodded. "Ok, lets do this James." "Lets go! Head for where that last lot of explosions came from."
Wave_Sine
He was on his feet as soon as the first blast from the fireballs rung out. He reached into his pocket, managed to grab three cards, then looked at what he'd managed to get. Destruction Jammer, Buster Rancher, and One Day of Peace? Guess it'll have to do. Despite his confidence, Sgt. Davidson hesitated for a split second; you could never know just what effect certain cards would have outside a duel. This moment ended as soon as he heard the faint words "Blast Held by a Tribute". He reacted quickly, slotting a card into his Disk. "Can't let that happen; these people have to evacuate. Trap card activate, Destruction Jammer!" He winced as the "Buster Rancher" card he had pulled out ignited. Even if it only saved one entrance, that would be more than enough. I hope that this works... "Next, a Spell card, One Day of Peace!" Not even acknowledging whether the card had any effect, he carefully moved through the crowd, hand on his military knife, towards where the activation command for the destructive Trap cards had been spoken.Chad Noble waited. The sounds of explosions and monster struggles carried over to where he had been stationed. His allies were in the stadium. He didn't see them, but the sounds and flashes of light were enough to stir him into action. Picking up his pet, who whirred and beeped somewhat indignantly, and putting it on his head after petting it a bit, he stood and headed towards the stadium. He'd be able to intercept the fleeing crowds from where Diabolos had told him to wait.
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
"Citizens of CONSNT! Do not fear us! We come to you, not as conquerors, but as liberators! The tyranny of this corrupt government shall end, and you will become free! Rejoice! for now your lives will be forfeit so that others may reap the benefits of your sacrifice!" Those words hurt J's ears like a sharp sword. In his mind, he can make many rebuttals to it, but then again, he can only bark but he can't bite. Once he realizes that the arena is slowly being destroyed, J tapped a button in his pocket which immediately sends a Red Alert message to CONSNT's HQ. Naturally, J headed for the nearest exit. After all, the HQ is not too far away and he can return with more guns and ammo. But just as he reached the exit, a figure suddenly exploded similarly to a suicide bomber, causing the exit the cave in, trapping J inside the stadium. "Whoa, never knew they contracted terrorists as well." He said lightly as he did a backflip to avoid getting hit by the explosion. Of course, the heat still singed parts of his jacket, but he has more pressing matters to deal with. He returned back to his office to catch a breath, waiting for the rest of CONSNT to come to the party. But still, J himself was a member of CONSNT and he couldn't stay still as the treacherous Exiles kill his fellow citizens. So he rushed out of his office and over to the panicking crowd, megaphone in his hand. "Citizens of Gaea! Please remain calm for the time being! CONSNT has been notified of this and should be arriving soon! I repeat, DO NOT PANIC!" He shouted at the crowd, desperately trying to calm them down. However, the crowd still ignored him and instead, became more chaotic. At this moment, he noticed a small child in the audience seat not too far away from him. Above her was a weakened structure of what was supposed to be a ceiling, and it looks like it could fall down any moment. Surprise surprise, one of the supports gave in and dropped a large steel beam over her. J responded, almost instantly, by casting Bottomless Trap Hole, causing a small hole to appear right above the child, taking away any rubble dropped at her, including the giant steel beam. "Heh, lucky I still had my Fascinating Fiend deck." J surveyed the chaos once more. The explosions had died down, after all, Cestus was too busy fighting Zane to create more explosions. He looked over to the duel stadium with Rin, only to find there being a familiar face, Vashkin Mool. [hr] Rin was still scared sh*tless after seeing J in the stadium. However, Arthur's announcement seem to be her call back to reality. She snapped back only to realize the area being in complete disarray. It's not a rare sight for Rin, but she's trying to stay from them as far as possible. Without much thinking, Rin grabbed Tama's shirt and tried to pull him away from the stadium as far as possible. But she was too late, and a Harpie-type Exile was lunging towards them. Rin relied back to her experiences in CONSNT and reached her pocket for a small gun that she used back in the day. Of course, she no longer has it and realized that they were both sitting ducks. As the Harpie draws closer, it was suddenly swatted away as a large, imposing, yet familiar figure appeared right before them. "So you're working for them, eh grandpa?" Rin grinned for a bit. He knew that Vashkin would be more than capable of ending this. Of course, she felt guilt for being useless, but what can she do? Back in CONSNT, she only served as a spy and nothing more. Aqua Girl
Serene was shocked the boy wanted to continue after the explosions and was about to forfeit before the boy did after regaining control of him self and walked off, she packed up her suit case and and tried to help some people get away and before she could follow a piece of roofing crashed down blocking her in at first she thought the kids were hurt and this made her rage her aura fluctuating furiously But she heard the children calling to see if she was fine she replied and told them to run, there was only one place Her aura still concentrated her will strong. She yelled for who ever was on the other side of the ruble from the stadium and Took Thor from her Extra deck and placed it on the Field With force and intention But care and stability, as Thor Appeared she didn't wait to see if the Exile would visit she had to act to save people! Serene had to trust in her self and The heart of the cards..... "When the door of Asgard opens, the ancient War God will raise up his Magical Hammer, The very Earth itself will shake as he appears from a roar of Thunder! Synchro Summon! Descend, Polar God King Thor!"She roared as the monster materialized not sure if he was visiting she Had to trust him, "THUNDER PILE!!! Make me a hole and let us save people together! Wave_Sine
Rgh. This headache just won't stop! Maybe if I have a bit of fun~ Chad R. Noble turned back toward the stadium, and looked through his deck before selecting two cards from it. "Well, my pet. Let's show those fools a thing or two. Normal Summon, R-Genex Oracle!" The device that was on his head seemingly teleported to a space in front of him. "Now, I Release my monster! Advance Summon, Summon Reactor AI!" The small hard-drive like box converted into a circle of multicolored light, then resolved into a large, semi-anthropomorphised aircraft. Now we wait, my pet. Now we wait. Urgh. Need... painkillers... He and his Exile's temporary form started moving closer to the stadium, ready to clean up whatever his "superiors" missed as they ran out. Lord JZ of the Enigma
Seth looked out into the field, very quickly everything had gone to hell, people fleeing, dying, and exiles were abound causing chaos......Seth simply stood there...the duel had been interrupted, so he wouldn't have his chance at destroying his opponents, Zane took action quickly, and his Stardust was already commencing battle against the invading exiles, soon, Justice who was also nearby jumped into the air and prepared itself to battle as well, Noxus, who stood on the sidelines only looked on the fields, watching if there were any movements he needed to be wary about.....neither of the two made any movements concerning the attacks, though a piece of rubble did fall on the field showing that the stadium was falling too close for comfort. "Noxus.....the Exile up there....how do you rate it?" Seth asked. "It's no bother....the Sparkly Dragon should be fine on it's own.....the swordsman is with him as well......but I may get bored if we just stand here......" The large black dragon said as he scanned for the opponent exiles duelist. "Maybe we can divert attention to him...one of my blasts should disintegrate that human....." "That's not how we fight...besides.....I'm not remotely interested....I'll summon you so you can at least stop the children from being crushed.......that wouldn't look good if we let them die.....I suppose..." Seth said uncaring, he didn't show any real emotion. "If they die from something this weak then they weren't meant to be" he said almost inaudibly to Leah and Matt since they were on the other side of the field...but Zane, who had moved closer would have heard the heartless words. "This smells like Diabolos' work....sloppy as always, but I have to say.....impressive showmanship...." Noxus laughed, Diabolos was a very powerful monster indeed, having the longest record of CONSNT member kills and possibly Noxus' most desired battle. "That fool thinks he can regain his empire here......I commend him for the direct approach, however....." "You would have done better I assume? you did join CONSNT after all....you would be regarded as a traitor to your species....." Seth reminded him...their conversation was very out of place in the destruction occurring around them, as if it was a minor nuisance to them, but Seth drew his card. "Interesting....I summon Hieroglyph Dragon of Isis, then I banish her.......to bring you out Noxus....." Noxus materialized onto the field and flew over to the falling debris, the monsters that had caused the blockage left the citizens stranded was also an annoyance "I do this so you four idiots can escape later......I can't have you get killed by wreckage......." He said as he opened his maw, roaring only once to warn the citizens that he was going to open fire. "MOVE NOW OR BECOME DUST ALONG WITH THIS BUILDING" He yelled as his Enigma Dragon Cannon charged and turned pitch black in a matter of moments., the energy swirled and fired full force towards the exit and obliterated the rubble in front of them, the sides of the wall had been melted and weren't likely to fall again, many people receiving burns if they weren't fast enough. "How sweet of you, you gave them a warning....you must be growing soft old man....I'd say help out...but I'll see how they fare first...go check up on Selina...without her Exile she might be dead.....that might be bad....." he said as he looked at the ongoing battle, shortly watching Noxus fly above the others battling and headed to the other field to check up on the girl. M-Cube
"Citizens of CONSNT! Do not fear us! We come to you, not as conquerors, but as liberators! The tyranny of this corrupt government shall end, and you will become free! Rejoice! for now your lives will be forfeit so that others may reap the benefits of your sacrifice!" As he heard these words over the speaker, Mathias smelled trouble. Destruction quickly fell upon the arena and the peaceful city of Gaea. Actual monstes, "Exiles," Matt reckoned, started destroying the arena. Mathias noticed Zane and his exile as well as Justice begin to take action against the foes. Matt had no exile of his own, figuring the best thing to do was flee before he was crushed by the falling debris. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw something begin to charge at him. Anton Kalona ran alongside his Ultimate Tyranno monster Kavulsus. They had arrived a bit late to the action, but Anton made up for it by having his monster ram into everything. "Go," Anton gestured toward the general area where Matt was standing and began to run for it. Kavulsus ran alongside him. Anton looked as if he intended to strike Matt when he reached him; Matt reacted and coughed up a little blood after a share jab in the gut. Kavulsus ran into the wall of the stadium and caused more debris to fall. Anton leaped a great distance and landed on a safe area in the stands, striking those he passed. He loved the pain he brought upon others. Anton noticed a large Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and the man standing beside it. They weren't moving, making it an easy target. "Kavulsus!" he called, and began to charge. Matt lied on the ground in immense pain, as a large wall and other debris fell around him, keeping him caught in a small corner. "Help..." he gasped. The effort was useless. He was caught between a wall and a large pile of debris. There was no way out.
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
With smoke and debris filling his vision, Tama barely had time to dodge Kyra's attack. Fortunately, a rather large and imposing warrior deflected the attack for him. Despite him being down to his knees, Tama tried to at least be useful. He's tired of being in the sidelines and wanted to at least have a spot with the main characters. After what looks like a brief acknowledgement from Rin about the figure before them, Tama stood up with 3 cards in hand, including Rin's own. "Now is just as good a time as any, I Normal Summon Tour Guide From The Underworld. Of course, her effect means that another is going to accompany her." Placing the two cards in his duel disk resulted in Rin appearing before him, along with another Tour Guide. "Speeches are way too long! Xyz Summon, Phantom Hermit!" Tama shouted as the two girls before him turn into red orbs which suddenly drops into the ground, creating a trigram-like pattern on it. From the pattern emerges a blue haired girl wearing a green dress. She was holding a skull, but you can tell from the face it's still Rin. "Hey, glad you actually gave me this form, instead of, you know, Acid Golem." Rin looked back to her master with a confident smile. "I don't think this is the time to pull something comedic. You know what to do, right?" Tama sighed and placed Ryko the Lightsworn Hunter underneath Rin's card as part of Phantom Hermit's effect. "Roger." Rin's eyes begin to glow as her body suddenly split into three forms. The original, and two copies of Tour Guide from the underworld standing beside her. "Alright, you Tour Guides go and help as many guys as you can. Rin, time to go Danny Phantom." Following Tama's orders, the two Tour Guides rushed over to the panicking crowd, with their lifeless, blank eyes. At the same time, Rin suddenly slipped through the ground, like a ghost. Soon enough, she re-emerged behind Kyra, but only her chest above is visible. The skull in her hand began to glow as it charged it's death blow. a coffee
Joe was about to play Aqua Madoor when the less than settling speech and cries of terror echoed around him. He looked up to see Vashkin tearing down from the sky to meet another exile; he couldn't quite make out what it was, but they were both approaching the arena fast. Joe immediately kicked into his CONSNT training instinct. He pointed at Jacqui and Selina, shouting as loud as he could over the battle between Vashkin, the unknown exile, and the other duelist's exile "You two! Stay close to me and whatever you do don't try to be a hero, okay?! I'm highly trained and a skilled exile fighter from CONSNT and I'm going to get you out of here alive!" he turned back around and slammed Brione's card onto the surface of the duel disk, Alright Joe, now's the time to save the world. You've been waiting for this chance. Brione appeared right beside Joe; he was completely unaware of his surroundings and was just glad to be out of that hellish convention he was previously stuck in, "Oh thank the lord Exodia himself I'm out of-" he then realized what was going on and became very serious, "What's going on here Joe, what happened to the tournament." "Exile siege attack, I'd suspect Diabolos; he's been looking for an angle in for a long time. Our mission here is to save as many innocents as we can and seize whatever enemies we can for interrogation; are you ready Brione?" "Absolutely sir, at your command." -- Lacey giggled as she was carried in on Thought Ruler Archfiend, who she had summoned well before the attack. The chaos was kind of exciting; her mind swirled the massive rain of despair and sadness in the arenas into a joyous carnival of people running about, just waiting to come die to the sacrifice for Lord Diabolos. "You know the plan, Lacey. We slay them, and I take their life force for the walls. After we collect enough force, nobody will escape, and the elemental lord will be ours." "Sure thing, my dearest Axiex. We will have fun at the carnival today, right?" she put on a half-cocked grin, brilliant white teeth subtly protruding through her thick, red lips. She activated "Battle Teleportation" on Axiex, and they were thrust down violently into the chaos ensuing on the ground. Right next to the foolish water mage... -- Joe was about to order an attack on the exile attacking Vashkin when Lacey and Axiex appeared next to them in a blink of an eye. Joe was far beyond on ready for this type of confrontation. Aqua Madoor's magic was incredibly strong, and he has been known to completely suffocate enemies with sheets upon sheets of water until they submit. But that wasn't enough for Joe; he wanted a clear victory. He pulled 5 cards from the middle of his deck; he didn't tell anyone because it would be cheating, but he had every card in his deck tagged so that he knew exactly where they were. "Brione, have a Book of Sacred Arts, and while you're at it, some extra Mage Power!" Brione's body began to radically become more power as the book appeared in his hand, glowing text shining from outside of his book and raising his hair. This was only amplified by the mage related steroid given to him by his keeper. "Silly radicals. Don't you know that Joe is one of the best exile fighters around? Begone you glorified slave!" Just then, Brione summoned a large ball of water in his hand and launched it directly at Thought Ruler Archfiend's chest. -- To say that Archfiend wasn't expecting such a powerful burst of magic from such a feeble looking exile would be a massive understatement. He was launched with an intense velocity away from the two CONSNT trained fighters; he instinctively grabbed Lacey before she hit the ground as she was still on his back when this happened. With a mighty flap of his wings, he steadied himself and set Lacey down, "I see we'll have our hands full... Not to worry Lacey. They will all die soon enough." Lord JZ of the Enigma
Seth looked on as Red-Eyes had managed to leave, it was just in time too, as a large Super Conductor Tyranno was on it's way to them both, leaving Seth standing face to face against the beast, this made Seth smile as he waited patiently, then took two cards from his pocket. "Stupid animal.....pretending to be as good as a Dragon? We'll test that..." The cards began reacting as he targeted the large mechanical dinosaur and pointed one card to the ground "Hinotama!" with that said multiple blasts of fire shot out, the first one propelling Seth in the air as he pointed the card back at it's intended target to get out of the Dinosaurs way. While in the air he let Hinotama fire it's payload before grabbing another card "You're attack is pretty high isn't it Dinosaur....how about this...." he activated a second card in his hand while the Hinotama was already nothing but the charred remains of a card. "Meteor of destruction" a large ball of rock and fire hurls down at it's target, while the card in his hand burns once more. "You think a duelist is useless without an exile?" Seth landed at the edge of the stands, taunting the Dinosaur and it's owner to move away from the other three duelists. Seth then saw one of his opponent's Matt on the ground, apparently winded by a punch to the stomach. "Damn it...." he jumped down and began running towards a direction away from the other three as he continuously taunted the dinosaur with more Hinotama attacks. "Somebody pick up the idiot...." [hr] Noxus landed on the rim of the other stadium and saw Selina hiding behind a member of CONSNT. "You're nothing but trouble girl....but if Seth really wants to keep you alive...fine by me...." He roared loudly to announce he had arrived as Selina looked up. "huh? oh.....mister Joe! that black scary Dragon over there is my brother's exile...please don't freeze it...he doesn't like the cold....." she said as she looked at the field, wondering if there was anything she could do without her Black Rose, but she also didn't want to bother her.....you know...courtesy.... Noxus on the other hand saw the Psychic Exile staring down against an Aqua Madoor, he couldn't tell which one he was supposed to attack so he opened his mouth and fired a quick beam of energy between the two to halt their attacks long enough to see which one retaliated at him and which one was stopped by their duelist. "Now then...which of you two ugly pieces of cardboard am I supposed to kill?" he roared threateningly.
Wave_Sine
Sgt. Davidson recoiled a bit when he saw the rubble in one of the entrances vaporized out of the corner of his eye. Guess that means my Trap didn't matter... Whatever. The person who is leading this has to be around... The announcer's booth! He changed directions, now heading for the booth and, though he didn't yet know, for Arthur and Cestus as well. On his way, he took a less crowded path while shouting towards the citizens. "Please evacuate in a controlled manner! CONSNT forces are inbound to contain and control the situation! For now, the best thing you can do is evacuate the stadium and avoid getting hurt!" While the sergeant didn't think that his words would calm the panicking crowd much, he knew that words of authority would give people hope. He continued to weave towards the announcer's booth. Figuring that the Exile that had launched fireballs across the stadium would still be around, Sgt. Davidson pulled three more of his backup cards from his pocket, "Shadow Spell", "Spellbinding Circle", and "Ekibyo Drakmord", as he continued towards his destination. After seeing a beam lance through the side of the stadium, and seeing the crowd begin to pour out of the breach, Chad knew that his time had come. Grinning wildly, he climbed onto the temporary form his Exile had taken and rose with it into the sky a few feet. "Let's complete the mission, my pet. Open fire. Operation: Exterminate vermin." Complying with the order, the temporary Summon Reactor AI flew towards the fleeing crowd and began to shower them in a hail of machine-gun fire. Muahahahahaha! Yes, my pet! Show them hell for their insolence, and slaughter them all!" Chad sat on top of the mecha, uncaringly laughing maniacally before clutching his head in pain. Reinforce
Jacqui managed to get over her surprise at the sudden commotion fairly quickly, and had swept her cards off the field and the grave back into her deck, which she promptly removed and placed back into her deck holder on her right leg. At that point, her partner for the duel came up to both her and Selina and told them he was one of the CONSNT members, and that he'd protect them. At that point, while the bird was fighting some sort of snake lady in the sky, Joe's Aqua Madoor took on a Thought Ruler Archfiend and knock him away, only for a huge dragon she recognised as the well known card Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon intercepted the battle as well. At that point, she decided maybe she should stay back, and hid behind Joe as he fought, not really having much she could do in a colossal battle of such powerful duel monsters. Closing up her duel disk as she watched all that, she decided it would be better to be armed with something at least. After bringing her disk back into it's gun-like form, she grabbed the first card out of her alternate deck holder on her left leg, cards specifically for use in this function. As she flicked the gun-disk so as she could place the card in it, Meteor of Destruction would be briefly visible, before the gun-disk shut, loaded and ready shoot of she needed.
