-Berserker-
It's one of my favorite cards. I wish I could use it more in my current decks. I remember I used it at 3 before it was limited. Important in the "Double Quasar plus Exodia" deck.
Sora1499
I remember when thus was at 3 and I was like "Why the hell is this at 3?!". Then it moved to 1, but it should be at 0.
Superdoopertrooper
Fine at 1. Doesn't see much play anymore. The best current deck that uses it would probably be Gadgets, and not all builds even run it. The thing about the card is that it's dead early game and generally speaking monsters are better off in the grave than to be put back into the deck. Coincidentally, those decks benefit way too much from playing this.
Sleepy
Synchro-centric decks could abuse it because we have many cards like Quickdraw, Dandy, etc that just kinda sit there in the Graveyard once used. Xyz decks need to stick with a tiny Graveyard because the monsters that would be there are partying under the Xyz instead. It also happens that sometimes they are key in the Graveyard (like Grapha or Hornet) because they are absolutely needed there to keep coming back. Which is why this has become more of a late-game card lately, and we all know what happens to the use of late-game cards. and to be honest, it shouldn't go up. The decks that benefit the most out of that use, are the decks that just spam monsters one after another a la Solitaire. If that's not relevant, why would you want it to be? Sure it's fun to use, but not necessarily to watch. Though to be fair, the fact that using this turn 2, or being able to use 3 copies of it in a single turn, says a lot about the speed the game has been able to reach. mido9
Honestly, I'd want to look at this completely last, after every spammy grave filling engine is gone, then see if it's still good.

Flame Dragon
One of the biggest issues with this card is we now have tons of cards that when they return to the deck go into the extra deck. As such it really isn't hard for this to just be a slower Pot of Greed.
