PSY - Gentleman

Thar

This feels too much like Gangnam Style. The rhythm and the music sounds similar, the dance moves (pushing hip out or w/e), the less-than-good lyrics, references everywhere (if you understand what I mean), doesn't sound that nice, etc. Can't be bothered to think of more things right now. But yeah.

I'm fully aware of its similarity to Gangnam Style.

But hey, I'm not too picky about it.

Gain is hot, though. 'Nuff said.

Yeah neither am I about it, though honestly since I wasn't a huge fan of Gangnam Style it would make sense that I dislike the song that has a similarity to it.

Good point. VERY good point.

Though the "outtakes" at the end are hilarious.

I actually think this is better than Gangnam Style. The beat's much catchier and it revitalizes one of my personal favorite dance moves in K-Pop. Plus the guest star is higher up in my favs list.

I'm personally more fond of Hyun-A and 4minute, but I guess its just a matter of preference. Anyway in terms of the song, I like the beat in this one better than Gangnam Style, and the fact that he parodied Abracadabra also makes me fond of it. Overall I don't think its the best song, but I do enjoy listening to it.

I honestly feel like this is supposed to be a sequel to Gangnam Style and that there is going to be a series of these songs that's meant to tell some story.

That or I just don't give any fucks about the songs themselves and like to think about what could happen.

Anyway, I prefer this one to Gangnam style myself, just a bit though.

Gangnam Style part 2. I think if we keep that in mind and take it as a sequel, it works fine for me. Loved the Elevator Guy and Yellow Suit Man cameos who helped making Gangnam popular.

I think the song itself has a better beat and sound and if there wasn't GS and Right now, I'd probably be a fan. But the main point of Gangnam was him not giving a fuck and I'm missing it here. That's like hit movies where people ask for a sequel and you work on something with the thought in mind of creating something that tops the popularity.

Not impressed, but the guy already has his 30k views in less than a day, so...xD
