I tried to do the wording correctly but its supposed to be a combination of Trailing roses and Sephirot's ride Chain abilities

You seem to be getting the right idea, Neo Nectar is about superior calling from the top of the deck. It supports the three main vanguards for Neo Nectar that's for sure, but maybe it should be named Musketeer so it's compatible with the Musketeers (as most of the Break Rides are compatible with their archetyes/sub-clans)
