When Blaze Fenix is done burning, this card comes in at starts everything again And it's also a part of an Exodia OTK, by recycling all banished to repeatedly make Lavalval Chains and Constellar Ptolemy to dump the pieces into Grave and retreive them. "Elemental HERO Avian" + "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" + "Elemental HERO Clayman" + "Elemental HERO Bubbleman"Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While face-up on the field, this card is also WIND, WATER, FIRE, and EARTH-Attribute. When this card is Fusion Summoned: Shuffle all banished cards into the Deck(s). This card gains 300 ATK for each monster your opponent controls that shares an Attribute with this card. This card is the fuel for all the loops. Also it's wearing like a thong or something. So... Chain Material supports 1 casual deck, while enabling many, many OTKs? Hell. have you seen Aero Shark OTK? It doesn't use Electrum, but it still OTKs with Chain Material. Is it consistent? Because I can't really think of one. And it's kinda just skirting around the problem, and restricting future card design. Killing chain stops that. Azuh Posted April 4, 2013 Report Share Posted April 4, 2013 Anyone saying Electrum should be banned is bad. 4 specific materials means it won't ever be used outside Chain Material, even then, having those 4 materials really clogs the Deck. [spoiler="My Reaction to everything you just said"] [/spoiler] You're blaming a Fusion Monster with 4 specific materials and an effect that's really only useful with Chain Material (and don't say Gate HEROs, because Shining does that infinitely better) is the problem card in loops that use Chain Material. Did you get your reasoning from the Perry Mason school of Logic? There are loops that use Blaze Fenix and not this, there are loops that use this and not Blaze Fenix Aside from Harpie Dancer, all of them use Chain Material. THAT is the real problem card.
