Well, now that makes sense. Pretty powerful unless your opponent starts banishing cards from your Graveyard, huh? Then again, it only includes Normal Monsters. A Deck that runs this card will need a significant number of them to power it.

It would seem that, if played correctly, there could be very few ways to counter an Orichalchos Deck. You would need a lot of cards to do it, anyway, especially with all the mirror-stat effects.

Also, is it just me or is it 'Everyone's a Moderator Day?' Happy April Fools!

Oh, usually it's be counter-effecting and by destroying the right monster at the right time. For example, a lot of those monstrs depend on Shunuros. Destroy that and they go bye-bye too. Some of the monsters also depend on being attcked for their effects. For that matter, so do mine.

I only made "Smiles for Swordsmen" capable of countering the over-pop effect of "Seal of Orichalchos," but its main effect allows you to bring out more powerful versions of your monsters anyway, provided you're using a deck with leveling monsters (otherwise it just expands your Field). The way it does this is that if "The Seal of Orichalchos" is on the Field, it splits your monster slots into an Attack Tier and a Defence Tier, each with 5 slots. Monsters summoned into the Attack Tier can only be in Attack Position and cannot change Battle Position. Likewise, monsters summoned into the Defence Tier can only be in Defence Position and cannot change Battle Position. This means you have to be absolutely sure where you want your monsters. To get at a monster in the Defence Tier, your opponent must destroy the monster in front of it in the Attack Tier -- which is trickier because the monsters in the Defence Tier usually supply a boost to the Attack Tier monster through their effects.

The whole idea is to make the monsters harder targets, however when I made the card I only knew the effect of "Seal of Orichalchos" a little, and not so much its monsters. Besides that, I wouldn't expect to duel many people running an Orichalchos Deck -- but if I did the secondary effect would activate automatically anyway, as that's what it's there to do. I run "Smiles For Swordsmen" in all my custom decks, because they use leveling monsters.

Can you give me a picture of it
