I personally think it or the abilities need to cost more to be balanced: As you said "a graveyard", you can bring the enemies main creature down (with the opponent losing its toughness as life points), and put it under your control, being on the field immediatly and that for the same cost as Troth himself has. The abilities need to get way more expensive, like 3 colorless + 2 black + 1 red for the first and even more for the second. I think the second ability shouldnt be able to send the enemy creatures to battle immediatly, you should need to play them out for more mana, so you cant use Troths ability turnwise.
