ListenToLife
I wouldn't be too worried about Beginnings apps. While they are powerful, I personally trust him as an RPer, and their roles in this - and the last one - were more of mook killers, and weren't major boss fighters. Besides, would you ask Gandalf to tone his powers down? Or Dumbledore? No. No you wouldn't. Fairness is not a part of fiction, not in terms of power. In LotR, the world is not saved by Gandalf, the powerful guy. It is saved by a weak little hobbit. In HP, the world is not saved by the legendary wizard, it's saved by a teenage boy. Even in the prequel to this RP, you had an Elf, a magical suit of armour with the mind of an amazing scientist, multiple powerful hybrids and a guy who was immune to heat, and so could ramp his insane power up to insane levels. Who saved the day? The teenage prince who learnt how to use magic offensively about a day beforehand. If you have a weak character, just make it so that they are more involved in the plot. If your power is very large, try to make them distanced from the plot; have them as guides and assistants to the more major characters. EDIT Oh, and it's hardly like their impossible to defeat. Adrian and your character Kneesocks seem pretty similar in terms of power (Except, Adrian has 5 swords. And Adrian is more awesome. Cos I made him xD) and he and Clarice were of pretty much equal strength. BTW, can you work on your grammar Kneesocks. Possibly not my place to say, but your grammar isn't amazing; and that's arguably a more important thing to remedy that OPed-ness.
Love of Ghibli
Anywho lightning is an electrical discharge bound by the laws of physics and therefore is FAR SLOWER than the speed of light. Hence why I said LIGHTNING and not LIGHT. Meh I guess I'll nerf Clarian's strength what is a suggested and tolerable level
Grunt Issun
I've noticed how everyone is talking about how overpowered one person is, or how people seem to outclass their person, so they're making them a bit better. And here I have a young vampire woman who has nothing more than a 9mm semi-auto and a stilleto, and a kevlar-laced outfit. Damn it. Anyway, I don't think that the "Mook killer" justification is the best. Really, a character designed specifically to only kill the one type of enemy, then do absolutely nothing when it comes to bosses doesn't really seem in the RP spirit, considering that "Boss battles" would probably be considerably more Roleplay-heavy. Love of Ghibli
Except if this was anything like the prequel in which there was only...what 2 boss battles then mook killers are pretty necessary. That and my mook killer was still able to do "something" on the final boss battle
Aix
Done my first app. http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/298917-legend-moon-oocpg-13not-startedaccepting-sequel/?p=6165491
Merci
Done my first app.
I think I accepted that already. I love the structure.
And here I have a young vampire woman who has nothing more than a 9mm semi-auto and a stilleto, and a kevlar-laced outfit. Damn it.
It's okay. Your character is much more practical than these powermongers. The same goes for everyone else. DaWeirdGuy put it clearly, but I'll repeat it in my words; even if your character seems overpowered, as long as you keep it balanced in the story alongside everyone else, all is well.
Aqua Girl
One freaking time is all it will take for me. I trust beginning too I've known him since he joined. but that doesn't make him a saint, every one is prone to not wanting their characters dying. Still Ive not been accepted yet and I cant start on my next one until you do . And finally, Please do not bring up grammar when your entire paragraph was riddled with errors, I don't need to have good Grammar as long as It's clean IC. a bad post
Sorry my apps are taking so long, people in IRL have been difficult, but I'm almost done so I shouldn't be too much longer.
Lord JZ of the Enigma
Okay, I decided to make a second app, I wasn't sure about it, and chances are he might not be important plot wise, but I think we could use a sage character or something....Iono.....I'm thinking.... I trust beginning too I've known him since he joined. but that doesn't make him a saint, every one is prone to not wanting their characters dying.I trust the people in my RP to do the right thing when needed. If Beginning does go overboard, then you have every right to explode at him. Still Ive not been accepted yet and I cant start on my next one until you do .I did accept you. I think it's on the last page. Go ahead and work on your next one~ although you did get a little detail wrong. The royal family is based in Nuevida, not Noirlune, and the world doesn't really know about the werewolf attacks yet apart from rumors. And finally, Please do not bring up grammar when your entire paragraph was riddled with errors, I don't need to have good Grammar as long as It's clean IC.Agreed. The important thing is the story. Let's just focus on that, everyone, okay? @Sapphyre and Lord JZ: Looking forward to your apps :D By the way, Magnet, Feredir's personality still isn't finished yet. I mean, I know we all already know what he's like, but it's still a necessity in the app...
Kōsuke Ueki
 Why do I feel the need to make a third app for? Maybe it's because Richard doesn't see any compatibility with any of the females (Whether human, hybrid, or vampire)? I don't know. I'll get back to you if I wish to do so. No guarantee on whether or not I'll pull through with it, that's for sure. Plus, being female characters is a little difficult for me. I haven't even attempted it other than writing my novel. I don't know. If anyone is willing to make another app for possible compatibility, please do. ;)
Admiral_Stalfos19
That reminds me, I better get on with Shanna's app... sooner or later :/ Might get started on it now. "Poor Claudia, she hasn't been the same since the attack. I kinda dread to wonder how long her scars will last for..." Name: Shanna KeynesGender: FemaleRace: [acronym=Well, she spent 17 years of her life as one anyway...]Human[/acronym]Age: 37Appearance: It's fair to say that Shanna has grown over the years; it's mostly the shark part of her body that's grown, but the human part has grown slightly as well. Shanna now measures to be 5' 6" when standing upright, but from the top of her head to the tip of her tail, her "height" becomes a whopping 6' 9" instead! Aside from that, not much else has changed; Shanna's always had the shark's dorsal fin on the back, the bone replicas of shark's teeth in place of human teeth and gills situated on each side of the rib cage. Shanna's dress is an open back, which it would have to be because of the large dorsal fin on her back, and is mostly thinly veiled.

Bio: Three years after Elnaer von Mira was slain, Shanna Keynes had finally gotten her first taste of freedom. During most of that time she was stuck serving as a guinea pig for Kaname Gedozurai's experiments, including a rather important experiment of fusing human with animal. The technologies involved turned out to find use on Elnaer himself during his attempt to thwart a resistance that would threaten his reign of tyranny; one that Shanna was previously a part of before she was captured. Shanna never participated in the battle taking place in the royal castle, but she watched from a safe distance as John Alexander, the leader of the resistance, had taken on Elnaer one on one... and failed. Shanna was there at the funeral when she saw someone that would be her fiancée a long way down the track; that someone was Claudia Rahkuusi. Shanna met up with Claudia the day after Kaname had set her free, and travelled to Noirlune with her. It was about that time that the two women were attacked by the same werewolf, who Shanna managed to ward off. After a trip to the doctor's, which proved to be fruitless given where Claudia was bitten by the werewolf, Shanna hit the books, desperately trying to find a cure when she came across a certain passage in one of Kaname's books. "Currently, doctors tend to resort to hacking off affected areas. It is rather crude, and does not work when one is bitten in such areas as the neck or chest. However, silver is known to absorb the venom in werewolf bites that causes lycanthropy in humans; therefore, one can theoretically apply molten silver directly to the bite mark as a cure. I suspect that the pain suffered as a result will be too great for doctors to humanely justify using this method as a werewolf bite treatment as of the moment of writing this book, especially to vampires. However, it still remains potent in dire situations." This passage appeared to be exactly what Shanna was looking for. She immediately set to work on finding as many things with silver in them as possible, and melting them all into one large bucket. When Claudia arrived wondering what was going on, Shanna got her into a comfortable position, and starting to suck her blood while she slowly applied the molten silver. It had hurt Claudia like hell; Shanna could already tell, but she had to keeping, literally painting the molten silver on inch by inch until the bite marks were completely covered. Now though, Shanna remains on a partial guilt trip, as she tries to make amends for putting her love through all this.Personality: Although nowhere near as miserable as she was back in the day's of Elnaer's reign, Shanna still feels rather down a good portion of the time. However, most of this is thanks entirely to Claudia, who she always tries to cheer up. Needless to say that Shanna has her fair share of guilt trips with Claudia and with the LB veterans, but she can at least put those behind her when bringing them up isn't called for. Shanna still has feelings for Claudia, as well as the will to support her in spite that she's abandoned the trust of others, and takes serious offence when someone sends her into a state of shock; intentionally or otherwise. Out of all the members of the resistance, Shanna has the most neutral stance on the werewolves themselves, although she understands the concerns since she's been there, and tries to hide her true stance; from Claudia especially. The only real reason why Shanna joined the resistance alongside her love interest is because that way, she can still support her through thick and thin.Faction: ResistanceAbilities/Equipment: As far as magic goes, Shanna uses ninjitsu, a special type of magic that is cast via making hand signals and chanting in a distinct language. This type of magic is worryingly slow to cast compared to other magics, which can especially spell her demise against enemies that can decipher the hand signals and the lyrics to her spells. But to make up for this, Shanna has been training her whole life in speeding up her hand signals so that they couldn't be read by the naked eye, and kept her chanting voice as quiet as possible. However, although this prevents enemies from recognizing and/or learning her ninjitsu spells, and using these spells against her, it does nothing to stop them from interrupting their casting. Ninjitsu, however, has more than enough powerful and/or potent spells to make up for the slow casting. Shanna has always been known for her water ninjitsu, having been able to effectively use them since she was 7. However, 5 years ago she has also trained in using ninjitsu of the opposing element; fire. She hasn't mastered the spells that she was interested in learning yet; she still slips up the hand signals and incantations from time to time, and her accuracy is often off when they are successfully cast, but having trained in the other element still has its uses. For example, Shanna is no longer completely outclassed by Lyon, and there are also situations in which the water spells aren't quite effective. Plus it always makes for a suprise, easily to the LB veterans. Theme Song: crushcrushcrush, by Paramore

Super Chaos Sonic
Alrighty, I've kept (some) tabs on the RP in the past...so before I do anything...can someone answer me this? If I apply to be a werewolf, can that character also be part of the Resistance?
Merci
If I apply to be a werewolf, can that character also be part of the Resistance? Only if they don't know you're a werewolf. I mean, right now the citizens of Noirlune wouldn't take kindly to a werewolf, at all. Your best bet would be to run out there and join Wylfred before your character gets burned at the stake.
