?someone?
Uh-huh. Since this place is so dreadfully, deadfully dead, I decided I might actually have to post something once in a while. Perish the thought, I know, but whatever I write can't quite be the worst thing ever, can it? That was a rhetorical question; the answer is "probably." So, I have an idea. Odd, and only one. A future/past story featuring the murderous exploits of some as-yet-to-be-named assassin, set in some kind of Chicago-ish place. Not a good idea, I know, but shh. The thing is, I'm not sure whether I want to have a few installments showing his kills, jumping about through time, introducing threads to be tied up in the final one, or to take a more chronological approach, featuring the assassin only in chapter one and then focusing on a protagonist or two tracking him down. As I said before, the setting is sort of a blend between the past, and the future. Flying cars and laser guns, but 30's-style gangsters and no internet, etc. Anyways, which way should I approach it? I'd be very grateful for any advice or comments, and I can post the first little prologue if needed.
