Fusion Deck [3] Evil Hero Dark Gaia [3] Monsters [20] Zoa [2]Dark Magician of Chaos [1]Evil Hero Malicious Edge [1]Raiza the Storm Monarch [1]Raviel, Lord of Phantasms [1]Valkyrion the Magna Warrior [1]The Masked Beast [3]Fossil Tusker [3]Gigantes [3]Morphing Jar [1]Night Assailant [1]Phantom of Chaos [1]The Rock Spirit [1] Spells [16] Burial From a Different Dimension [1]Dark Calling [2]Dark Fusion [1]Dimension Fusion [1]Fissure [1]Gold Sarcophagus [1]Hand Collapse [1]Heavy Storm [1]Magical Stone Excavation [2]Monster Gate [2]Mystical Space Typhoon [1]Pot of Avarice [1]Premature Burial [1] Traps [4] Dark Bribe [3]Mirror Force [1] Zoa can be Special Summoned by Monster Gate. The Wicked Dreadroot is INFINITELY better. No fan of Valkyrion here. But it's your call on it. No Reasoning? FAIL. Only two Monster Gates? FAIL. IIRC, Dreadroot can be Normal Summoned but not Special Summoned, so he kills the Reasoning/Gate chain, but Raviel can't be Normal Summoned, so he doesn't.
