Northern Sage Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 There isn't a trick to it. As a balancing factor, you need to take each card relevant to your card at hand into consideration. One rule I definitely recommend, though, is: Never, under any circumstances make a Level 4 effect monster with over 2000 ATK and generally beneficial effects. Link to comment
