Agro
Again? I think the only ones that you can say could ever have issues are the hunders and Sombres+Kerkyasgljerqenkjeon Sombres and Kerkksajdghlkjsghnjngron aren't problematic with their summon effect, it's more of the adding effect that makes me nervous about them. The hunders are only problematic because they completely eliminate the "once per turn" part of NSing... or twice per turn, or thrice... they can summon the whole hand and while not +ing, that's still could cause issues if they ever broke them enough. Northern Sage
The main difference for Captain and Goldfish is that they do not get over Warning, which on the other hand is a moot point now that it's limited. Decent swarm material, but not near the levels of Gadgets.
Agro
The main difference for Captain and Goldfish is that they do not get over Warning, No. That isn't a difference. You can warning all the other monsters just as easily as you can Warning Captain and Goldfish.
newhat
Type A is immune to Veiler. They're pretty good. Type B is mostly problematic because of the card presence the cards can yield with their other effects, not because of the Double Summon effect. And Swap Frog usually returns itself to make ruffneck playz rather than an extra Summon. Type C is pure evil, turning hand advantage into field presence and OTKs, and should never have been made. Type D is a bit weak, but usually balanced out by some stellar combo.

Wildflame
They are? How so? As soon as they hit the field you gain the ability to perform an extra Normal Summon. This does not work if they are Solemned though.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
theyre continuous effects that are applied the moment they are summoned, as long as the summon isnt negated.

Huh, someone lied to me. Do they also stack with Sombres? (Sorryfor the frequently asked question.) OT: These are what make Constellars any good at all. X-Metaman
Type Bs do not stack with Type As. That's only true for "Swap frog", Check Sombres ruling: The effect of "Constellar Sombres" that Normal Summons a "Constellar" monster can be activated during the same turn in which the effect of "Constellar Pollux" that allows you to Normal Summon a "Constellar" monster in addition to your Normal Summon has already been applied. Also this post remains true.
