This is what happens when you play overly dependent sissy s*** like Nekroz, meng

But srsly, what Nekroz deck doesn't run 3 MSTs? That guy has no excuse.

Also, Lose 1 Turn is really gud. I personally like it a LOT. If only it weren't usable also by Qliphags... oh well.

I use it in Toons, they apparently can run it no problems!

Any deck that doesn't depend on Special Summons can use it, really. Hell, even decks that DO Special Summon can run it if they have a way to make Tyrant's Temper live. It's like a less unfair version of Skill Drain, which is a thing I like really much.

OMG TOOONS CAN RUN SKILL DRAIN, NOW TO PUT IT IN FOR OP FACTOR!

Lose 1 Turn is better than Skill Drain in some situations as it still allows you to use your Normal Summoned monster's effects, which are necessary in say a Spirit deck, and also provides stalling from attacks by putting the opponent's monsters in Defence position.

Anyway, this duel was quite amusing. My opponent banished Sky Scourge Norleras with Phantom of Chaos on like the second turn and used its effect. At that point I thought I was screwed, but I managed to regain advantage by drawing Aratama a couple of turns later and repeatedly using its effect, while stopping my opponent with my traps.

Now I look back at it, I think I won mainly because they played really badly and used Sky Scourge Norleras' effect while they had like 4 cards in their hand.

Because the whole point of toons is using their effects to attack directly, replenishing your hand with Masked Sorcerer and depleting your opponent's with Gemini Elf. If you don't have their effects, you're kinda screwed.

I forgot about that, i thought to negate the effect of not attacking the first turn

I can't deny that. His deck wasn't even that bad, though it was really straightforward and the only reason why he lasted that long was that I bricked hard at the start. Can't deny that it's still more skillful than Tellarknights...

I really wouldn't have had anything against that guy if he didn't act like a total jerk.

F*ck Sattellarknights. Little to no strategy. This is why one reason I side Light-Imprisoning Mirror in my deck.

Well, I was making errors slightly this entire duel because it is far past my bedtime and I am very over-tired. So at one point my opponent summoned Elemental HERO Heat and immediately rushed to BP and attacked. I destroyed my Abyss Dweller, but as soon as I did I changed my mind and summoned Dweller and discarded Effect Veiler to negate Heat's effect. They call an admin, an admin comes and tells me I cannot change my mind. I comply, not wanting to get into an argument, but then my opponent quits for some reason.

The moral of the story is don't play DN ranked duels when you're over-tired, or rather just don't play DN, as people can act pretty strangely on there.

Dafuq happened? How does this scenario make an iota of sense?
