Dragonmech
I'm just wondering, can I buy my own card that I have created here and use it for actual yu gi oh duals with others? Of course though I dont make cards like, level 1 with 9000 attack, I make my card reasonable.

Randomflyingobjects
No, you can't. If you could, people would go out and make broken cards, whether you do or not. However, I think there are some threads around the forum that have how-tos on printing you cards out and making them look legit, though it is illegal for tournaments and such. But you can still play rounds with your friends using your customs, if you all want. Also, please look at other threads in the section to see if it's already been answered. This is, what we call, a FAQ.

I Hate Snatch Steal
1. Get a pack of card sleves (MTG size sleves helps for this step, but is not required) 2. Print your cards with your printer's 'wallet prints' option (9 images per page) 3. Find some playing card or uno cards, depending on your sleeve size from step 1 (or just find some yu-gi-oh cards you never use). 4. Put the cards from step 3 in the sleves from step 1, and put your "cut outs" over the cards. 5 Add real cards as needed to make a good deck. 6. Shuffle your deck and its time to duel! P.S. If your cards are realistic/convincing, most people will assume that they are just proxies of cards that haven't been released yet and will play against them in a casual setting like the informal gathering that usually happens before a local tournament. Just make sure you don't actually enter the event, because you can't use proxies in tournaments. For best results do NOT tell them that you made the cards yourself, at least not until after game 1, they will give you a weird look and walk away if "I made these cards" is your pickup line (so to speak). I take my CaCs to various locals, and with this appoarch I've dueled many people with them.
cr47t
It`s gonna be almost impossible to convince Konami to make those cards, HOWEVER you can print your custom cards at the same size as a regular card, and paste it onto a unwanted card you`ll never use. However, it won`t give you shiny, and you won`t be able to use it except maybe in a casual duel with a friend
Toffee.
Custom cards are only really used IRL with your friends, if they allow it.Actual tournaments? Hell no.
