Slade Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 Ok, I'm not really a GIMP user, but I know the basics. First, get the holofoil you want. Then, crop it or resize it so it's exactly 244 x 248 pixels in size. Then, put it on top of the picture in a seperate layer. Last, just simply change the opacity to whatever you desire.
