I didn't like my first character, so I am going to make a new one.

Name: Kowen Williams

Alias: 'Mach Force'

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Kowen stands at 5'7", slightly below average height. His eyes are a deep amber. Kowen's hair is heavily gelled in order to keep his spikey style in place. His hair is a bright blonde, nearly yellow. Kowen isn't very muscular, but he is toned. Due to a large amount of sun exposure, Kowen is fairly tan. On Kowen's right cheek(face) there is a tattoo of sorts of a bird's talon. This 'tattoo' glows when Kowen activates his power, as well as his eyes. Kowen wears an outfit similar to this(minus the weapon, sleeves, and mask). Kowen's clothes are made of a nanofiber that fits to his body, even when his power is activated to change form.

Kowen loves freedom. He loves being able to make his own choices and enjoy life by his own preferences. This attitude prompted him to run away from home, although secretly he misses his family. Kowen loves fun and hates seriousness. Kowen often jokes around, even if it is inappropriate to do so. He doesn't handle authority well, or taking orders. He is used to living life by his standards and whims. Rules aren't exactly his forte. Kowen is extremely prideful and will stand for a bruised ego. This often gets him into fights and trouble.

 

Just because Kowen is mostly fun and games, doesn't mean there is a serious side to him. When Kowen does get serious, it is scary. His normal nonstop talking turns into vicious silence. When situations demands Kowen's seriousness, something primal awakens within him, making him more beast than human. Kill or be killed.

[spoiler=Power/Abilities]

Kowen is a shapeshifter...of sorts. In truth he is a magician, but with a very limited array of magical abilities. Kowen is a Familiar Magician. Being a Familiar Magician means that Kowen relies heavily on his Familiar, which happens to be a Red-Tailed Hawk, named Jet. Through Familiar Magic, Kowen is able to channel the power that lies within Jet, allowing him to shapeshift into his alternate form, Mach Force. When Kowen becomes Mach Force, he gains many hawk-like abilities/characteristics. Kowen's eyes become golden, and that of a bird of prey, able to see 4 times better than that of a human. Feathers erupt from most of Kowen's body, as well as a pair of gigantic wings from between his shoulder blades. Kowen's hands become scaly and his nails turn into talons. While in this form, Kowen gains increased strength, enhanced reflexes, and the obvious ability of flight. While flying, Kowen can reach speeds over 200 miles per hours. Kowen is also able to blast large gusts of air at targets by flapping his wings. These gusts of winds are powerful, able to knock most opponent's off their feet. While in his 'Mach Force' form, Jet literally becomes a part of Kowen and disappears. The two share a body and a mind, giving Kowen the knowledge needed to use his abilities. To channel Jet's energy to change form, Jet must be relatively close to Kowen. If Jet is hurt while apart from Kowen, Kowen feels it and if Jet were to die, so would Kowen. The two share a telepathic link that allows them to communicate no matter how far apart they are.

Kowen doesn't keep much on him, so as not to weigh him down in flight, but in his belt he has a laser-coated dagger.

Kowen is a run away. He left 'home' at age 13. If you can call it that. Kowen belongs to a tribe of people known as the Beastblood. The Beastblood are a group of Familiar Magicians whose only goal in life is to become one with nature. They are an incredibly secretive group, living deep within forests and jungles throughout the world. They are nomadic, always moving away from urban life. Each member of the Beastblood clan are taught Familiar Magic throughout their life and given their own Familiar at age 12. Kowen received his Familiar and after a year of training in Familiar Magic, left home. He didn't like the strict rules of secrecy and training that the clan demanded. His parents, the leaders of the clan, kept Kowen on an extremely tight leash, much to his dismay. This was the main cause of his need to run away. He felt that he could never be the responsible leader his parents wanted him to be.

 

So at only 13 years of age, Kowen set out with his best friend, Jet. Together they experienced what it felt like to be free, to have fun, and not to be bound by rules. Kowen explored many forests, and even ventured into the cities. They were not as bad as the rest of the Beastblood believed. They were full of life, of fun, of freedom. Everyone was free to do their own thing, free to live their life as they saw fit. 

 

Several times, Kowen got himself into trouble, not paying attention to the laws that govern most of the world. He often got into brawls , resulting from his own bruised ego. It was in one of these brawls that he pissed off the wrong people, angering a supervillain called Caliban. Caliban had been on the run from the Justice League and was considered extremely powerful and dangerous. Kowen lost miserably. In fact, he almost died. He survived simply because the Justice League arrived just in time and subdued Caliban. It was through this meeting that Kowen was recruited to join the Teen Titans program, being placed on Teen Titans Alpha.

Huh. I would think that if you brought Kowen back, he wouldn't be as different than he was in Aisu's RP. Guess I was wrong. :/

 

I use the name Kowen all the time, but yeah. They are still similar though, both are shapeshifters...both use animals.

Well I decided to make an app for this. I will say that the bio does seem like it is missing parts, but I just summarized it. It could have been longer but I gave the jist of it. Also I will also state that if I do get accepted I will not be able to post at all on Tue & Thur because I'm at school for 12 hours T_T. Other than those two days I should be able to post whenever.

Name: Gray(That’s it, but it will be explained in the bio.)
Age: 19
Gender: Male 
Appearance: Gray isn’t that tall, only being  5’5” when standing straight up. His back is usually bent a little when in battle making him seem much shorter. For his hair imagine super sayin 3, but gray in color. His eyes are a dark red color, being really close to black. When he opens his mouth one can see his canines(I’m referring to the specific two top teeth) are longer and sharper than that of a normal person. His skin tone is a light brown, since he did grow up in the wild. His nails on his hand are claws that extend 1 cm from the finger tip. He has a slender body figure for being a guy. Before he wore no clothes, but after being found he now wears black cargo shorts that reach his knees in length along with a pair of black boots that reach about 3 in above his ankles. So yes, he does go shirtless. He also has a few small scars on his body, none standing out much. One distinctive feature is the he has a gray wolf tail extending from his lower back. 
Powers and Abilities: 
- Infrared Vision: Gray can only see in infrared, which makes him be able to see in the dark, smokescreen, etc. The drawback is that he can’t make out people unless their body structure abnormal.
- Heightened smell and hearing: His smell is equivalent to that of a wolf; which is how he can tell friend from foe. His hearing is also equivalent to that of a wolf. 
- Hardened Claws: His nails on his hands have become claws that are as hard as diamond. They are not long though, only reaching about 1 cm away from his fingers.
- Heightened Agility- He is faster and his reaction overall are faster. His top speed recorded has been 35 mph.
- Enhanced Strength- He isn’t at super-human strength as in lifting cars and stuff. He has the strength of a human at his prime. So he can lift roughly 2 his weight, which comes out at around 296 lbs. Although to accomplish this he needs to really focus on just lifting. During the mist of battle his enhanced strength doesn’t show much.
- Hardened Fur: He can harden his hair to use it as a weapon. When hardened it is as dense as a steel beam.
Standard Equipment/Weapons: N/A
Personality: Gray, growing up with a pack of wolfs, likes to be with other people. Although as of yet he still isn’t exactly knowledgeable on how to behave around people. When alone he howl to try to communicate to others to be with him. Normally he would challenge any male human in a fight to see who the leader is, but a league member already beat him and told Gray to not challenge any of his team members. Again growing up with wolfs he is great at team working, always following orders from the leader. Still he will deviate from the orders to protect a member of his “pack.”
Biography: It was suppose to be a simple camping trip with their two sons, one being 5 years old and the other only 6 months old. The family had done this before, but this time it turned out different. Little did they know the camp site they had picked was being used as a headquarter for some criminals. About an hour after the family set up the camp site the father heard some noise in the bushes. Luckily for them it was only a wolf cub, with its mother nowhere in sight. The father new that is wouldn’t be long until the mother would show up so he got the family to pack up the things. Before they could finish packing, gun shots were heard; followed by growling and howling. 
 
At this point the family was scared, and it only got worse. Within seconds of the gun shot a group of men appeared in front of them. They aimed their guns at the family and made them get on their knees. The men even made the mother put the 6 month old on the floor. The wolf cub the walked over to the little baby and sat next to. One of the men got scared and fired at the cub, killing it. The little cub gave a loud cry, and then all fell silent. A howl soon followed the cry, and from the surrounding forest a group of wolf came and attacked the men. One of the wolfs walked over to the dead cub, which was on top of the baby. The wolf then moved the cub and saw the baby. It grabbed the baby by its clothes and then ran off. Seconds after the other wolfs followed, leaving many of the men dead. For some reason they didn’t attack the family, but they did steal their youngest.
 
The rest of the men ran away and the family went to the police. A search party was out on the forest for about a week before calling it quits. They said the baby probably got eaten by the wolfs. They were wrong, oh so wrong. Miles away the baby was feeding of the mother wolf’s milk. Even this young the meta-gene activated and made the baby seem like a wolf. The pack treated him like one of their own. Slowly the meta-gene began giving him wolf-like attributes, along with other little things. This human grew up with them for years, slowly becoming a real member of the pack. For years he was never seen, until some criminals chose to hide in the forest. Some of the justice league members were out looking for the criminals, and they did find them. On the way back though the human, along with the wolfs, found the members. A fight quickly began when the wolf pack treated the members as a threat, but as quickly as it started it ended. The wolfs ran away knowing that they couldn’t win, except the human stayed. He continued to fight only to be knocked unconscious. The members then brought him with them.
 
At the members base the human was nicknamed Gray. This was due to them not knowing his name and that his hair is that color. Many of the members were astonished that a boy could survive with wolfs, many of them didn’t think it was possible. Little by little the members began trying to “humanize” Gray. It was working, Gray soon realized that he was a person and stopped attacking them. He also began to not only understand, but speak English. Still his English is very choppy, making it hard to understand him. Still the league was impressed and began taking him on missions, were Gray continued to warm up to humans. Now he is being place in one of the many Teen Titan team that exist.
Other: He hates eating anything other than meat. He prefers his meat not cooked at all. [/spoiler]

Age: In Human years he is 2000 years old [I'll explain in bio] but in appearence he would be about 21 years old.

Appearance: Luke/Rathalos's Appearence would consist in wearing Crimson Red ornamented armor that's made out of Dragonite Steel,of course he wears this in action,He also wears a headband around his forehead.If going into town he always wears a black hoody and some jeans with blue outlined shoes the base color black.Now onto his body appearance, he has a rare eye color both for humans and dragoons,his is white skinned,blonde hair, and 6 ft. 4 in. His wings would be described the following. His wings would be outlined with red like his armor,but the wings itself would be clear,seethrough, but you would see a scatter of green dots over the wings.
 
Powers and Abilities: 
 
Normal/Advanced Fire Magic: This would be about self-explanatory,with normal fire magic he would be able to create fire balls, a spear of fire,and any sort of fire projectile or shield. Advanced fire magic would be creating huge walls of fire to protect himself and damage people who get too near,this type of magic also allows him to create orbs of fire like a bubble,to protect himself or others.Other advanced fire magic would be creating a weapon out of fire.
 
Draconic Fire Magic: This special sort of fire magic would include very advanced techniques and unknown fire magic to other fire magic users. This would include with strong concentration, be able to set a fire inside another living being,evantually making it go up in flames [Don't worry,my character doesn't fight like that,he'd most likely use it once in a while.]Another powerful attack would be able to make a tornade or whirldwind of fire,very effective against armies of enemies,but a toll on him.
 
Standard Draconic Traits:These traits would include the following: Unhuman Strength,which allows him to strike more powerfully.[Stronger than any Human but not stronger than super strength people,users,whatever] Another one would be the endurance of a Dragoon which if wanted, would be able to grab a sword,with the exchange of blood loss and pain.Dragoons also have a super sense of smell able to tell apart other races,or clones.His wings abilities would include them being sharp as a slightly sharpened blade.His blood is very poisonous which he could use for assassinations.

Communicator,Crimson Red Dragonite Steel Armor,an ornamented sword [The Master Sword from Legend of Zelda,except the handle is red] He uses the sword for close combat,and to give more accuracy to his fire magic.He also has a pack of purified silver throwing knives,which he is skilled with.
 
Personality: Luke/Rathalos likes fighting his own battles,he perfers to go solo but will fight in a team if needed to. Luke also perfers a semi-social life,prefering only to talk to certain members of the team,and his best friends. [Most of which were dead a long time ago] He will help anyone if they are in any sort of trouble,but would perfer to save them in secret [Batman style]
 
Biography: There were myths and legend of dragons who used to roam around the world,there was a special race whence Dragon and Man were one,the race was called a Dragoon; Half Dragon,Half Man.Though,Rathalos was born into The Dire Ages, in which Dragoons were barely surviving during 600 BC and 320 AD.Rathalos was raised by a Master Swordsman and fire user,he never knew his father,but he did his mother who was much of a gypsy. Rathalos grew up learning fire magic and swordsmanship with the elder Dragoon for a bit more than half of his life.But one day,while he was out spreading out his wings when he was 11 years old [In Appearance] he was shot in the left arm,and then knocked out. He woke in an abandoned village where he saw many bloodthirsty and vicious men around him,they all died. Rathalos burned all of them to a crisp.He ran back home to the secret Dragoon village as fast as he could. After three cold days and three cold nights,he made it back home. The village was burnt,no trace of any living soul. He ran as quickly as he could to his mentor,and saw his right side covered in blood,his left foot cut off; he was dead.He saw a very nice ornamented sword in his hand,red,winged hilt. From that day he tried to blend into a human town. He made a human name for himslef; Luke Underwood. He started to live in an apartment,when then,he was knocked out [yet again] he woke up in the Teen Titans base and he overheard one of the people saying, "We found him,shall we decapacitate him?".
 
Other: Yes his race is a dragoon. Half Dragon, Half Man.

Usually, when you make an RP character, you shouldn't make it such a blatant rip-off of a video game character. Ten seconds into your description and I knew it was a carbon copy of Zieg and/or Dart from Legend of Dragoon.

Zieg is Dart's dad, and this is a carbon copy, there is next to no differenc ebetween your char and the game. Put some tweaks in, change it up, make it similar but unique.

Alright, sorry for the wait. I fell asleep before expected last night and had to get up and go to school for most of the day. Regardless, after finishing homework, I am here. First off, I want to thank everyone for applying. All your characters were unique and I could tell, for most of you, that you spent quite a bit of time and effort designing your character. In all honesty, I had a lot of trouble trying to decide here. I actually ended up opening up another spot here just to get what I needed in, and that still left several hard choices to make.
