Okay, I'm going to have all of us have heard one way or the other of some mysterious stash of items in Temeris, just between the area of Rebirth's Empire and the Theristes in a particular spot somewhere along that border line, where neither side dare enter because of monsters and such, so it's like a little blank spot no one controls right now on the map. We'll be in the middle of a fight with a slightly mutated Skulvern that's the treasure's guardian. I'll call it Necrophe, unlike the average Skulvern, it happens to breathe flame. Note the fact that a normal Skulvern is about the size of a living room in a house. This older one is about the size of the house itself, and we'll have to work together to fight it. Also, we won't know each other then, but it was a coincidence, and when the others each use some power or proof that they're a Starfell, after they kill the creature, they'll get to know each other and claim the treasure. Not going to powerplay, but the extent of having all other Starfell fighting the Skulvern is going to be necessary, kay? I'll start the 'first strike' (as in first IC post) although its already partway into the battle, and let the about 5th or 6th hard strike weaken it sufficiently enough it gets mad and tries to charge/breathe flame, but it's lured into a trap and someone finishes it off. Okay?

Are our characters immediately able to tell if someone's a Starfell, aside from using powers and such? For example, if there were two Starfell who didn't know that the other was a Starfell and they were to sit in a room populated by regular Telians, would they know which one is a Starfell?

How did it stride towards it's own head?

Either way does the Skulvern have ears? If so Toilet can wreck some serious head trauma by yealling a solid word into its ear. Since they grow larger with distance. (They have a max size a few meters large but initially are only big enough to fit her mouth) So if its ear canals small enough she can burst it, if not the word would fly right into its ear drum and probbably deafen it.

Sweetie or DWG can finish it off. Realistically, it would probably Sweetie, because he's the fighter type, but DWG can do it if you wish. Just knock it unconscious for right now, and end the post with deciding to finish it off (but not actually killing it; like driving sword down or weapon down, and end the post right before it hits), and I'll make a post.

Go ahead and have him shoot into the Skulvern's mouth when it roars again or something, and it would probably flee.
I was injured, but my char's R-Gen nanites + the revitalizing mist thing + healing grace or something + your work would be enough to heal the wound good enough for now. So no more posts on healing.

It doesn't have eyes or ears, but its supersensory smell, feel (feeling vibrations of movement through sand and such), and other senses work more than good enough. The head is armored with a bony plate covering, so inside its mouth, rest of its body excluding spine, etc would work.

EDIT: Sweetie and another can attack, and you can drive it off.
