~Tico~
EDIT: Got my app finished now. Review it at you own pace.
"So sorry... Your tale shall end here and now...in the presence of my glorious entrance!" Username: Corona Ray Entity Name: Cecile Ashford (Sometimes goes by the alias of Eltanin.) Age: 19 Gender: Female Date of Birth: February 27 Blood Type: O Nanite Type: T- Morph Hobby(s): Fortune telling. Cecile isn't a real believer of such things, but she figured it'd be interesting to look into and someday, it might pay off to take note of when misfortune is supposed to strike (even though there's no science backing up such predictions.) That, and she's an occult nut in some ways.
Note: Is most obviously not flanked by a posse of armored knights (ever). Does not hold a key-shaped staff either.

Cecile is, at first glance, a cuckoo lander of sorts. She may forget things some moments after hearing them or do things that are completely out of the blue or seem against common sense. Indeed, Cecile was sometimes described as the embodiment of ditziness when at a younger age. This scatterbrained quality is a remnant of old days gone by, as she was more of a callous type at a young age and thus adopted the persona of a cuckoo lander in an attempt to better endear herself to others and make some friends, something she believed unlikely with her personality as it was at that time. Alongside the obvious absent-mindedness, Cecile also seems to have developed a habit of stumbling over her words at times, which only worsens as she becomes flustered over making one mistake. In recent years however, Cecile has slowly left that layer of herself behind and has become more of a dreamer. She was always the sort of person to enjoy fantasy and thus likes to extend her knowledge not just of the tangible and "logical" world around her, but also the metaphysical and uncertain things. For this reason, she began to delve into information on things most her age would dismiss as silly, a good example being the occult, of which she has a particular interest. With that being said, Cecile is not inherently optimistic or friendly. Her carefree attitude towards everything may give her an amicable impression, but while she certainly may be more cheerful compared with before, it is difficult to escape one's inner demons, and Cecile's past callousness remains. It may not be as prominent as it would have been way back when, but if she finds herself in a foul temper, the same insensitive cruelty may spring back to the surface. And then there's also that sudden streak of sadism that emerges occasionally in the midst of grueling combat...

Weapon Type: Chainsaw
A downsized chainsaw with a more rounded blade. It's about half the size of the ones used for cutting wood and whatnot, with a blue casing around the engine. Due to its smaller size, it's easier to swing about. Its blade is not quite as long as normal ones as well.

Cecile picked a chainsaw as a weapon for a rather perplexing-seeming reason: She thought it looked fun to swing around. Her style of combat is not quite as haphazard, though. Against any enemy she deems "regular" (because it doesn't seem very powerful or for similar reasons), Cecile favors an overwhelming type of approach. She'll continuously press her enemy with attacks to keep them from doing little more than guarding. And even if said opponent defends, she'll just attempt to cut her way through it with continuous hacking at it via the chainsaw. Of course, because of the nature of this approach and her type of weapon, this form of style is mostly unpolished and without too much fancy techniques behind her swings. Against multiple and/or more dangerous enemies, Cecile will be more of a team player type and try to harry her foes so that they present easier targets for her allies if any are nearby. She'll also work to keep from interfering with the movements of her allies, as her usually more wild approach could prove distracting and dangerous if she simply proceeded as always. As she isn't too bothered about pain, she may dive in to take the brunt of an attack if such is necessary to ensure another ally's survival.

Tarot cards: Part of her fortune-telling tools. She will often draw a card at momentous events, upon meeting a new person, or occasionally before the start of a fight. While containing all the cards of the minor and major arcanas, it also contains the alternate versions of the major arcanas found in the Thoth deck, making it rather unorthodox in its size. Book detailing horoscopes and other fortune-telling related phenomena: The other tool she uses for fortune predicting. She can often be found reading it whenever she has a spare moment (sometimes even while walking!)

Arc Destroyer: Revving her chainsaw into high gear, Cecile rushes the opponent before dealing one powerful horizontal slash meant to either cleave the enemy in two or leave them staggering. If the result is the latter, she'll twirl it in hand as best as she can before bringing it down vertically in an all-out blow meant to cut through all resistance (that her weapon is capable to cutting anyway.) Limb Biter: Executing a quick twirl, Cecile uses the momentum to deliver a fierce kick to the enemy's side and knock them flying or at least sprawling. Even if such is not successful, she immediately segues into a fierce slash aimed deliberately at an arm or leg to cripple the enemy.

Cecile's powers involve using her Nanites to create makeshift explosives. By forcing them from her body and directing them via hand motions, she can have them form a variety of shapes. For the most part, the explosions are not meant to deliver damage, but rather strangely, are used instead in a defensive-oriented manner, like blocking the course of a projectile or preventing an enemy's advance. Circular Repulsor: By drawing a circle in the air with her finger, Cecile can create a similar, if somewhat larger replica made of energy some distance in front of her. Said replica has the capability of detecting the approach of objects, and if any approach within about a diameter at faster than walking speeds, this circle will promptly detonate. At its current state, the resulting explosion has not much destructive force, but enough pushback to it that it can deflect one solid projectile of moderate size (around the size of a medium brick) or can knock a charging opponent back a good number of paces. Any form of energy attack will pass through the deflective explosion practically unfazed. Note: Circular Repulsor is the only method by which she can utilize her power at the moment.
Other Info - Hates all sorts of vice (drinking, cigarettes, etc.) and makes it almost a personal mission to give anyone she finds engaging in such a good punch or two. - Eltanin is the name of the gamma star of the constellation known as Draco. It is also known as the "zenith star" because of its proximity to the point directly over London.
EDIT 2: For some reason, the spoiler tag for the Power(s) portion refuses to work and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why. In any case, please excuse that error. Astolfo
Hey SB? One thing. Taking down a Yohg-Shuggor? ._.That's like saying a tank here with a couple of soldiers taking down a dragon or 2.Also, no one has seen Rebirth up close. All his online visages have been blurred beyond recognition.
Nexev
I actually can easily see a tank taking down a dragon, tanks weapons tend to be designed to pierce armor and they have the advantage of range. It really depends on the scenario and tank but if you have a dragon flying at a AA tank they likely will be knocked out at least after a good shot. But eh, a tank is designed primarily for taking down really big armored things in the first place.
Astolfo
Wasn't meaning to be so technical. Fine. A normal everyday person with a pistol against a heavily armored futuristic tank. A normal Teleian in this scenario would just be free food. Just think of it as a normal Starfell this early would be armored moving food with a needle, a normal Teleian would be plain food. Not until later. And in numbers. Sweetie Belle
Well, it's rumored that he did, so it's not necessarily true, but I can take it out if you really want.
Astolfo
Eh. It's just that it's a pretty unbelievable rumor. Like here, hearing a drunk saying he saw UFOs driven by ponies.
a bad post
“Life is like a rose, beautiful, but if you let your guard down you’ll get pricked…”Personal InformationUsername: Sapphyre Entity Name: Vana LockhartAge: 19Gender: FemaleDate of Birth: June 29thBlood Type: AB -Nanite Type: R-GenHobby(s): Drawing, taking walks, watching butterflies

Vana is in general very shy, and quiet, and when she does talk it is a barely audible whisper. She is generally dissociative person, and will literally jerk back from people’s touch. Vana can be perceived as naïve, and very innocent, she has no comprehension of swears, sarcasm, and is highly empathetic, if someone is feeling depressed or stressed Vana will do her best to comfort them. Vana’s mind also struggles to wrap itself around the fact that people could hate each other, as she is generally calm and peace loving, and avoids confrontation as much as possible. Vana also has an air of creepiness about her, and this often off puts people to interacting with her in general, which has also caused her to become socially deprived. Vana also is incredibly emotional and sensitive taking the term “wearing your heart on your sleeve” to the last degree. She is extremely submissive person, and can be without much effort coerced into doing things, most others would say “hell no” too immediately. She is also unable to recognize the severity of situations, and has the same response the end of the world, as she does to most everything else. Vana also has the tendancy to drift off to “LaLa Land”, which is easily identified as a blank stare, where she is completely out of it. When this happens she is completely venerable, and notices nothing around her. Due to an explosion that damaged her brain as a young child Vana is extremely mentally unstable. She is, at best, prone to small time periods of mild insanity, and, at worst, prone to being completely unhinged. This commonly manifests in a childish demeanor, but does not seem to have any effect on her intelligence. Her severest form of this is brought on by large amounts of mental stress, or traumatic situations. The brain damage causes her to be jumpy and nervous, and is easily frightened at the slightest things. During these sessions Vana is prone to spasmodic movements, and uncharacteristic, extreme agitation, overreacting to the smallest things.
Combat InformationWeapon Type: Projectiles
Three small marble-like gems that are the color of aquamarine. She can pump power into these, and then throwing them depending on how much power she put into them can cut someone, at full power, or leave a nasty bruise, at its least amount of power. Vana holds these three marbles in between her fingers, when using them for battle, and small purple velvet pouch when not using them, which she tucks the pouch in to her legging. When charging her marbles, Vana’s right eye takes a golden hue, which still lingers after she has finished using her power. Vana can return them to her using a form psychic link.

Sketch Pad & Other art supplies: Vana seems to be at her calmest when drawing, and can seem almost normal, and will allow people to get closer to her. The “true” Vana seems to shine through at these times. Digital Camera: Whenever Vana finds something that she deems pretty, you can find her camera in her hand. Vana is constantly taking pictures, which she draws later, even at the most inappropriate times.

Tri-Star Judgment: Vana charges her marbles with as much strength as she can, then tosses them up in the air. A light blue energy gather around them, and they fly towards a target, determined by Vana, and will explode on contact. Blooming Grace: Vana drops each marble somewhere on the battlefield, which then spring into multicolored tentacle-like energy that spin constantly. When allies get close it will heal minor cuts and bruises, as well as make serious injuries less serious until they can be treated. When someone is within the “flower’s” circle of power, all pain receptors in their body shut down, relieving pain.

Will-O-Wisps: Six small blue flames flit around Vana when she is in danger, and unable to defend herself. They are not summoned by Vana, but seem to respond to mental duress, or from a more scientific stand-point adrenaline. Each Will-O-Wisp seems to have its own consciousness, and move in different ways. While some seem to move very wildly and erratically, others move in an orderly strategic fashion. The Will-O-Wisps resemble Vana’s conscience, while she is insane and erratic, she tries to be normal and orderly. As part of her conscience they will do everything in their power to protect Vana. Once danger has subsided they disappear, with Vana at times having no recollection of them at all.
Other Info Vana's Theme: Touhou - Welcome to Youkai Temple Battle Theme: Touhou – Sadistic Paranoia
Finally! It's finished. This app really bothered, I feel as though I just didn't do this character justice, and that I can make her so much better... oh well. Let me know if there are any suggestions or mistakes.
Astolfo
Guys, chill with the anti-social behavior personality. You expect an RP to go along with everyone just doing their own thing and saying a 'No' to interaction?
Kyng's Old Account
In short, my learned friend wishes for you all to ensure that, in a Role-playing game, which in itself thrives upon inter-player action, you will all do your fair share of interacting. It would be very awkward if they just stood in silence for the entirety of the game. All applications save my own have been reviewed. I'm having my external body review this as we speak to remove bias.
Nexev
Lucky for me Toilet is plenty social, she is however, offputting.
Kyng's Old Account
My external body deemed my application satisfactory, to quote:"Well, he looks badass.""I'm not seeing any major flaws.""Badass battle theme.""I like 'em.""Nothing worth pointing out wrong with 'im." Kyng's Old Account
The numbering reflects how much effort we believe that has been done into the application, + how well the character would function in the Role-play.
