evilfusion
What...? If this is supposed to be a Harpie Deck, you should focus on that aspect more. That's what would keep the Deck synergetic. Your card choices are all over the place, and neglecting several excellent cards in general. For Harpies themselves, you should run 3 Channeler, 3 Queen, 3 of the "Harpie Lady" of choice, and 3 Dancer. You can include Pet Dragon if you want the Rank 7 option. I have no idea why you're using the Armed Dragon lineup. It'd maybe make sense if you were using Flying Kamakiri, but even that isnt the best idea for Harpie Decks. They don't have the same synergy with the Harpies as they might in a Deck built around them, and they're much more likely to be dead draws. Harpie Lady Sisters is a bad idea. They need to be Summoned with Egotist, and are dead in the hand otherwise, except maybe as fodder for Channeler, but that is best kept out of it. They're also Level 6, so they dont really even have good Xyz options with the rest of the Deck. On the subject of Egotist, you should probably run Hysteric Sign, which searches Egotist, and when Sign is destroyed, you get to search 3 Harpie cards during the End Phase. Makes for good removal bait if you Set it, or swarm by searching Egotist. Cup of Ace is pathetically inconsistent. And you should definitely be running cards like Monster Reborn and Dark Hole, and probably Heavy Storm. Not sure why Rising Air Current is being used, as Hunting Ground is the Field Spell you want to have. Traps, I'd use Icarus Attack at the very least, to make a weaker Harpie destroy 2 cards. Cards like Appropriate and Blind Destruction have no place in any Deck, really. The lack of Hysteric Party is just...terrible.
Resident Fascist
to expand on evilfusion's point, it should look something like this: 3 Harpie's Channeler 3 Harpie's Dancer 3 Harpie Queen 3 Cyber Harpie Lady 2 Genex Ally Birdman 2 Harpie's Pet Dragon 1 Mist Valley Soldier 3 Harpies' Hunting Grounds 3 Hysteric Sign 2 Forbidden Lance 2 Mystical Space Typhoon (I personally run 1, but that's besides the point) 1 Elegant Egotist 1 Heavy Storm 1 Dark Hole 1 Monster Reborn 1 Book of Moon 3 Hysteric Party 2 Call of the Haunted 2 Icarus Attack 1 Solemn Judgment or atleast that's how I'd run it.
