I took advantage of the existence of a number of cards: Junk Synchron, Debris Dragon, Spore, Gigaplant, and Miracle Fertilizer.

Ram Horseytail into a bigger monster, then run the Token over for a +1.

Bring it out for a very fast Synchro, or throw it away for a draw and maybe for The World Tree.

Ok so you based your archtype off night assailant. When he is discarded you get a flip monster from the grave and he has a flip effect essentially being 'destroy 1 monster'.

 

Balance: 7/10 : They don't seem overpowered per-say just a bit more powerful than most decks since even cards that appear to have costs are actually +. I agree that it can be slow but once it gets going it gets going. Pops alot of your opponent's field with some quick combos. Only thing that really makes this balanced (in which most decks can relate) is macro and nasty side deck cards like shadow imprisoning mirror.

Creativity: 9/10 : I like it and think you did a good job with it. It fits the theme perfectly. Well done

Synergy: 9.5/10 : Nearly flawless in this respect. Not much I can say except this - Everything is a plus... Everything.

So you based your's off Sweet corn which is a nice idea. It has a small cost, gets you a token.

Balance 6.5/10 : I'm sorry but I just feel the deck is too weak for the meta. It's not that the card's indivially are weak but that they aren't by any means fast enough. With the look of the meta a quick sweep of six sams (or any deck that can swarm insanely) can beat this deck before it can get it's major plays off. However there aren't many cards that can damage the deck (Of course skill drain hurts everything) but I feel the weaknesses dominate the advantages.

Creativity 8/10 : The concept was brilliant and would have been even higher had the cards displayed more potential.

Synergy 7/10 : Although the cards are weak they do work together and follow the same theme. You did a decent job just that the deck needs more speed.

I'm getting a bit tired of typing at this point so I'll be brief - 

Balance: 9/10 : In my opinion the most balanced set displayed but just by a bit. They are a bit slow but I can see the pluses.

Creativity 8/10 : I think everybody did decently well here. Well done and good choice of card.

Synergy  7/10 : Although there are obvious links to all the cards relying on specific draws and power cards means that deck doesn;t build so much around itself but around the meta (Not a bad thing really but just creates a sense of lack in synergy).

Total 24/30 - So close.
