How do I use the Close my own topic item?

I made a fail card called Number C16: Aftershocker, and I want to use my "Close My Own Topic" item to close the topic so I can change the card`s effects and name.

 

Before you tell me to "just upload a diffrent version and change the title topic", I don`t know how to change my own topic`s title.

If you close the topic, you can't edit it again with in the thread. Just the way to cookie crumbles. If you want to, make sure you have the 6 number topic code ready (found in the url), and use the item in the shop.
