I'll give Knack and The Witness a chance. At least those are new IPs and they actually appeal to me.

Good, glad to hear. I didn't play all of Braid, but what I did was pretty fun, while also depressing, The Witness seems a little more lighthearted, so it could be more fun. I still got no idea how those puzzles work yet though. Knack seems kind of like a showoff game like how Little Deviants was for PSVita, hope it's not just that but actually a fun game. From the trailers it looks like a fun little platform like game, but I havn't seem much gameplay yet so I am unaware of that. But still there's E3, Sony might reveal a lot more there, which they are going to, not doing as such would be stupid.

I don't like any of those PS exclusives except The Last of Us. Killzone, inFAMOUS, and others just don't interest me like other people.

I really want The Last of Us. I truly don't want a PS4, I just don't. I am not hating on the PS4, I just don't want it.

Of course respectable, but as said already you never know what might be revealed, Naughtdog might surprise us at E3.

CALLED IT!

Technically, if we are expecting Naughty Dog to shock us, it really isn't shocking. Then again, if we are expecting to get shocked and we are shocked and therefore consider it shocking, are we shocked? XD

Stop it you're making my brain hurt!!1

Anyways, I'm still going to get the PS4, maybe not at launch, I never get a system at launch ever, but at some point when I got the money and time.

OPEN THE DOOR

GET ON THE FLOOR

NINE HUNDRED BUCKS FOR THE PS4

Jokes aside, the whole vendetta against used games and backwards compatibility has been a long time coming. Hell, I lost my source, but I recall reading up that Microsoft wanted to implement a "one system per game" rule. ie: you buy a game, play it on your system, but you can't play it on any other system, just yours. If they do implement this (I'm a bit behind on news) then Sony will probably follow along and do the same. Really, there's no reason for them not to. They have a huge casual playerbase that wouldn't get too frustrated about this, and they make more money.

But ah well, so long as I have my Monster Hunter...

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Capcom signed a deal that made Monster Hunter exclusive to Nintendo consoles until 2015.

Oi Vey I have said this a million times Sony will not implement anything anti-second hand gaming. They have been pretty straightforward about supporting second hand gaming. The only reason Sony bought the patent recently was so they could f*ck with Microsoft, because they know that screwing the second hand market is screwing everybody. It does not just affect Microsoft.

They have supported second hand gaming for years and that will not change. Microsoft on the other hand...

Hah, no. Capcom is making their console titles on Nintendo platforms, yes, but Monster Hunter isn't exclusive to it. Monster Hunter Frontier is still strong on the PC, and they're already making a sequel for it (along with Monster Hunter 4).

Yeah, as much as they say this, though, I'm more inclined to believe they're not going to follow their word. Money is money, and if Microsoft proves to be successful with the new feature...

For now though, I'll believe in Sony. Even if only slightly.

However, they have been saying this for 13 years and have not gone back on their word. They know they will NOT make money off of that patent.

It'd be a terrible business decision.

And Microsoft never makes bad business decisions. No offense but I would rather trust Sony on those issues. Microsoft can't be trusted worth a dime. Yes, I do pick sides in that argument since I seem to be the only person who thinks that Sony has better merits than Microsoft.
