"Staple" WIND monster?

This is my first post. So, what do you think?

Is this broken?

I think we now have 3 members with Tachyon Dragon as their avi... how did you get 65 points?

 

I would add a "Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck" type of clause for balance, and then, I suppose you could add another effect so it'd be like Thunder King Rai-Oh and thus a Staple of sorts, because as of now, I can Special Summon it with Summoner Monk or Swallow's Nest, ditch this for my opponent's monster and then, Xyz Summon for profit, Summoner Monk then becomes a card that can transform any Spell Card into Mind Control. Overall, it's a good card, a typical Rai-oh-esque type of staple, both Beatstick and a great Effect Monster. I wouldn't say that it is too much broken, it wouldn't be able to do too much damage.

Well it would definitely be useful in the metagame. You need to specify where you are banishing this card from, deck, hand, field or Graveyard. I would suggest making it the field, so as to keep it balanced. Would also suggest, as Aix, said that it cannot be Special Summoned from the deck so as not to allow for TOO much abuse. I could see it becoming a staple or semi-staple. I am not loving the image, it is not very Yu-Gi-Oh. 

 

Not a bad card, all things considered. Fairly impressive for a newer member. Just a few tweaks and I think you should be good. I would consider take the ATK down a 100 or 200, but that may just personal opinion.

Special Summoning from the deck would be abusable. I agree. I'll keep that in mind for next time I make a card of this type.

I wasn't really sure about where to find appropriate pictures for Yu-Gi-Oh cards though,

And the "high" attack is to run over/run into for example, the new "Fire Fist" monsters such as Dragon or Gorilla, as they are going to be top-tier next format, considering they are completly new and wont get hit. (Except for Tenki, but this is irrelevant)

I could see how running over things might be useful, but with the effect the way it is, Vent will probably be summoned and then banished soon after, probably before the Battle Phase. Regardless, still a good card.
