How would you feel about being able to stop time, but not being able to affect the physical world while in that state? Like say you're being shot at and you stop time. You can step out of the way of the bullet, but moving the bullet itself is not an option. Once time is stopped, everything you are not in contact with becomes an immovable object.

The Roman Pantheon is not available, due to being based off of the Greek Pantheon.

Regardless as to whether Janus is an exclusively Roman Deity or not, I am not going back on my word. Roman Deities are not available.

Reminder for all applicants: you must explicitly state your application is finished. Otherwise I will not check on it.

WIP because I finally stopped being lazy enough to do a little worl.

Personal Information
Character Name: Andrew Harmon
Sex: Male
Age: 18
It would seem odd to anybody that somebody like Andrew would ever be a vanguard picked by the generally quiet, shy, and insecure Hephaestus and it quite frankly most certainly is. Andrew comes off as being nothing like Hephaestus. He does come off as being a rude brat though. Commonly referred to as an a**hole or douche who constantly gets himself into any fight he can by just about any person he passes by on the street. This first impression is made easy by his common use of vulgar language and generally nonexistant temper. Andrew has been a punk for as long as he can remember and quite frankly seems to have no qualms whatsover about his personality. In fact, he seems to love it a good chunk of the time and just get pissed when somebody says he has problems with his personality. When in a fight he seems to put his all into it and just plain do his gosh darn hardest to make sure his enemy is unrecognizable afterwards. When somebody would even hear a small portion about his personality they would certainly never even dare group him together with a weak willed being like Hephaestus and not just because of what Andrew would do to them. His destructive nature and love for a good fight would seem to be more suited to Ares, the God of War. In response to such questions Hephaestus would become flustered and then simply do his best to dodge the question, ignore it completely, or state it's because Andrew is a strong fighter and therefore necessary to the cause.

It should be noted that the weapon in the pic is not included as being on his person.
Combat Information
God: Hephaestus, Greek God of the Smith
Andrew doesn't actually have (and typically claims not to need) any equipment

or any sort of inventory items due to his weapon spawning ability essentially giving him anything he needs in combat.

Weapon Spawning-Andrew is able to essentially spawn any weapon that he can think of. Of course, he's limited to weapons that don't require special knowledge to effectively use so something like a nuke is certainly out of the question. When weapons spawn they take approximately three seconds to essentially "load" into existance (like when something may appear in a sort 3D program) and be used. So he also just can't lift his arm, pull out a pistol, and instantly shoot somebody.
Weapon Mastery- Less of an actual power he had been given by Hephaestus and more of something he simply picked up from the month of training and detailed lectures on weapons and their proper usage. Andrew is able to effectively use any weapon he spawns. Somebody who specializes in a single weapon would very likely be able to beat him but he can compensate against a weapon master by being able to use multiple weapons at one time.
Other Information

 • Hephaestus actually picked Andrew with Ares in mind. Hephaestus' already small ego was completely shattered when his wife, Aphrodite, left him for Ares. When the need for him to pick a vanguard arose he didn't think somebody similar to him could ever actually be of any use. Instead he thought somebody like the one that the woman he loved deemed better would indeed be a better choice.
