I'll start it off with the most basic of cliches, miniskirts. Apparently no anime is complete without young girls with oversized breasts (cliche #2) and skirts that barely cover their "ahem's". Needlessly long and dragged out fight scenes/storylines? Opening credits that tell us nothing about the show and just show the characters running nothing to music that tells us nothing about the show?
