Bahamut - Envoy of the End

"What have I done? Oh Shit, Rue's partner will be all over me..." Was all i could think about. My gaze directs twords Ren. He is screaming and attacking Remo. Seeing an opportunity  I dive into the fray, and get in a few good shots before stumbling. My eyes met Ren's. They locked for only a brief second, but it was long enough to send shivers up my spine. I decide to help Ren out, by gracefully striking down Remo. My eyes lock with Renegade's one more time, and I finihs striking Remo before I make a quick escape.

The rain begins to fall over the Riverlands... as a storm overcomes the sun...

The remaining Tributes all engage by the now fierce riverbank. Blinded by rage after Striker's death, Renegade pummels Remo relentlessly, smashing him over the head with a rock again and again. Remo tries to fight back, but suddenly Cherz is there to. There is an awkward moment between Cherz and Renegade, but Cherz starts beating Remo too. An act of redememption for Striker's death, or treachery after helping Remo achieve that yesterday? Cherz flees before Renegade has the chance to set his enraged on her just in case, as a scream from out of the storm heralds Remo's rescuer.

This give Remo the distraction he needs to lowblow Renegade, opening him up for his partner to attack. Simdoggy lunges for Renegade, a flash of lightning illuminates a pair of ornate twin daggers in her hands, glistening with teardrops of rain. Simdoggy seems to have a taste for blood now and hungry for all that can be spilt and drunk, lunging to pierce Renegade's throat as he stumbles under Remo attacks.

Desperately, Renegade reaches behind his back, and pulls out in front of him the dented shield he won from the Coruncopia! The shield he has kept hidden from the others so that it can be used at the critical moment, to save his live. The first knive buries itself in the metal, piercing the flimsy barrier but stopping before it can drive into Rene's neck. The second knive catches his fingers around the edge of the shield, causing him to yelp and jump, sending all the weapons into the raging river, but it is only a minor wound. Rengade turns on Simdoggy, stops for a second... then turns and runs along the bank, slipping out of sight...

Simdoggy is confused by this, but dread is quickly realised. Behind her, the groans can be heard. Remo is barely conscious, the savage blows to his head are going to be fatal. What sounds like thunder rumbles across the sky, but the remaining Tributes now it is another cannon announcing another death, as Simdoggy stands alone in the thunderstorm, screaming in frustration and rage.

Regular Tribute
A diminutive young boy who would be the last person to volunteer willingly for the Games, you initially survive the bloodbath at the Coruncopia by, somehow, ending up being enlisted by the Career Tributes as the gaurd of their camp and supplies. From there you could attempt to plan a way to eliminate them somehow and survive the Games. In this place far from family and friends, survival is all that matters.
Thread closed for the Night Phase simply because I'm back at work shortly and will have no YCM access. Will be reopened sometime on Monday by either me or Cinnabon.

RogueGhost Knock Ghost Nappa out!

"And dat would be me" :D

"Would someone please call Capitol Ghost Control?"

(Nah, don't worry it's fine. It's just my sanity can't handle the ghosts of twelve dead children :D)

Anyway, sorry for the wait. Well, no I'm not actually. Work and sleep kinda overrule YCM.

...

The rainstorm has broken fully on the Rocklands, and in the darkness pierced by lightning and the lashes of heavy rain, the remaining Tributes re-engage. Simdoggy emerges from the storm. She seems to be covered in even more blood than the Tributes saw her last in, and has a determined, almost deranged look on her face as she staggers towards them. She unleashes a furious scream as she attacks Renegade.

Cherz, lying in wait on the mountain path above, pushes a pre-set boulder with all her might, but incredibly Simdoggy is too quick! She leaps out of the falling rocks way and dodges the attack, again! Unrelenting she lunges at Renegade. Still furious over the death of Striker, he retaliates with full fury...
Renegade plucks Simdoggy out of the air, and slams her against the ground. There is a gasp of shock and her body goes limp. But again and again he attacks her, long after the cannon has fired. Even in death, the expression of passionate hatred does not leave her once pretty face, now unrecognisable for twistedness and blood.

You are District 3 Tribute Girl

Regular Tribute
A quiet and reclusive beauty, and one of the younger Tributes selected for the Games. You have various skills, particularly as a first aider. Not much is really known about you, other than you are probably a nice young girl, but the Hunger Games have a habit of changing competitors. You are far from home, in the most inhospitable environment, and just like all the others are desperate to escape, doing whatever it takes to survive.
The rain gets heavier, it's dangerous to stay outside. The two remaining Tributes retreat to caves to shelter, watching through the rain as the anthem plays and the dead Tributes identity is announced, before suddenly the voice of Claudius Templesmith booms over the thunder.

"Congratulations to our final two Tributes. Renegade of District 11 and Cherz of District 10. One of you, tomorrow, shall become the winner of the seventy forth Hunger Games. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favour."

Sorry for the delay guys.

After a long night, morning breaks over the Arena, and everyone is tuning in to what will be the final day. The grand finale.

Cherz is caught by the cameras emerging from her hiding place somewhere in the Arena. Then the camera splits in two to show an image of Renegade coming out. These are the two finalists. One will be declared the victor, and showered in glory and riches.

The day passes through the morning uneventfully. The camera's focus on the Grasslands. Even as the aftenoon passes the two Tributes are cagey, scoping each other out. Claudius Templesmith continues to narrate to the cheering, blood thirsty audience...

"Who's gonna win? The audiences can't wait to see. It's sure to be a showstopper..."

*scuffling noise over the speaker*

".... what the hell was that?"

Morning breaks after what may have been the longest night of my life. Fortunately, my night travels have brought me to the Grasslands. Perfect. The games would be decided here. Win or lose, I go out fighting. It is sad that is has had to come to this. In order to save my body, I must take a soul, but in doing so I lose my soul. To save my soul, I must lose my body. This is not how life was meant to be, a change needs to be made. I turn, looking all around, I am sure they are watching. "I don't fight for you. I fight for my friends and family. I fight for the little girl that you forced to fight in this monstrous 'game'. One way or another, you will pay for what you have done to her. For what you have done to all of us. In here, we may fight divided, but on the outside we are united in one thing. Our hatred for you. For your foolishness. For your games." Before I could go on, the grass begins to rustle, and instantly I know something is wrong.

Leaping out of the grass, a large beast tries to claw at me. I duck underneath its attack, desperate to get out of here. But it is too fast. It takes a bite at my feet. I cry out in pain. Figuring there was no use running, I turn to face this thing. This mutt. Looking at it, I know something is wrong. It's eyes. They are not the eyes of a beast. They are that of a human drived to primitive rage. They are the eyes of Remo. A sadness sweeps over me. I hate him. But at the same time, he didn't deserve this. I smack him on the head, and like a dog yelps and runs away. Distracted, I don't notice the real danger.

Cherz throws a punch at me, hitting me squarely in the chest. The wind is knocked out of me. I regain my balance. I won't be taken out so easily. Grabbing Cherz by the arm, I yank him in close and then deliver a powerful palm strike. I don't fight for them. I fight for the chance at making a difference. A chance to end this madness.

After getting struck by Renegade, tears flood my eyes. I am Dazed and tired of all this sensless fighting. The, a wolf strikes me. The wolf creature's eyes look just like King of Games' didNo...please, don't turn these people on me...you once defended me king. What have they done. Renegade, I- Getting hit by it again, I stab it with a make-shift dart. Renegade, I am sorry! I spit. Too late for apologys. More wolves are coming. "Help me... Help me put them to rest." I say, tears flooding my eyes now. "Blood leakes from the gashes I have on my body. "These games...they have brought out the worst of us. All of you, I am sorry!" I shout at the wolves, eyes meeting Corona's especially.

"You help kill little girl!" I yell at Cherz. We may stand united against the Capitol, but in here my hatred can burn bright and it can burn hot. I will leave Cherz to the mercy of these dogs. I escape into the grasslands in a hope to hide myself from the other mutts.

My eyes widen with horror. "After all we have been through, you leave me to die? The games really have twisted us. Goodbye Renegade. It was good seeing your nice side before it was engulfed by this." I walk up to the Corona mutt. "You of all people should have the right ti kill me." I say as I pet it soothingly, awaiting death. A single tear strams down my face.

Everyone's read the mutts PM and has had a fair while to respond, so I guess all those who are gonna participate have done so now. Time to finally wrap this up then.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZ1R8QH1Nuc

Renegade and Cherz run for their lives through the Grasslands towards the Coruncopia and away from the savage beasts chasing them. Both of them are deeply scared across the arms and face having been jumped by the mutts. However from their attacks on each other, Cherz's armour is badly dented around the torso from Renegade's brutal attack, restricting her breathing as she tries to run after the stronger Tribute. The mutts are gaining as the Coruncopia comes into sight.

Renegade climbs the monument just in time to get out of the reach of the muttations. Not that they have much interest in chasing him. Collapsing on the metal beacon, he watches in horror, despite the consequences, as the beasts all leap upon the trailing Cherz. Screaming and crying wildly she tries to fend them off, given some limited protection by her armour, but in the end exhaustion gets the better of her, and the beasts overpower her. Finding the weakpoints, the screaming soon gives out as the wolf mutts savour their kill. Their revenge.

The cannon fires for the last time as the wolf mutts disperse, and Claudius Templesmith's voice rings over the Arena.

"Congratulations Renegade, you are the winner of the Seventy-Forth Hunger Games."

You are Thresh.

Regular Tribute
A towering competitor built like an ox, you are quiet, independant and secluded, not one to throw your considerable size around unless warranted. You refused to join the Career Tributes group when they attempted to enlist you during Training. You also feel a strong sense of honour, and are very protective of 'the little girl' from your district, although you don't outwardly display it. When it comes to fighting, not many Tributes can match you for sheer strength. You are fully capable of klling someone even if unarmed, and you won't go down without a fight.
Well that's it over. Finally. Thank you to all who contributed and hope you enjoyed it a little. Full bio's with skillsets and full information will be up shortly, so everyone can have a look at everyone's skills.
