Writing a roleplay, few questions though

During the process of writing an rp, Ive come across the problem of writers block.

I have a list of components for the story. I suppose my question is this, can I use the ooc section to post my work (Uncompleted), then ask others to help me piece it together? I already have most of it done, I just need help writing the plot and small other things.

 

Or does the post have to be complete, if so, were do i get help for this sort of thing

Don't post all your info then? Or just post the relevant bits? "Hey guys, I'm making an RP. The story so far is [x], my problem is I'm kind of stuck as to the reasons behind [y] and [z]." And if you insist on putting all the info, then put it in a spoiler.

I always thought it didn't matter if the guy in charge of the roleplay had writers block, because there'd be like 10 other people writing and contributing.

On-topic: There's an RP Planning thread in the OOC section. You can probably get help there, maybe.
